The Staff was awesome there was an insurance issue fixed in 24 hrs, the technician that hooked up all the equipment and wire Leeds was a dream she explained it all as she went. Considering I was going to try and sleep in not my bed not my room with someone watching it was great. Again not my bed but other than that was easier than I imagined. I have night terrors and anxiety so was very nervous and unsure but staff was awesome.

Visited the new location for a new CPAP machine almost two years ago. I had to call them because my machine arrived but they never contacted me. I went and picked it up. They mentioned that I would be contacted for replacement filters, mask, etc, every six months. Over a year later, I finally was able to contact them and get replacement parts ordered. When I went to pick them up, I paid $161, after my insurance, for my portion. Previously, I had paid $45. I also just found out I can track my machine via the internet by registering it. I was never told this at Southern Sleep. I would not recommend this place.

Feb 2020 - I am now trying to obtain a replacement mask for my CPAP machine. I called yesterday and was told the employee who handles these requests, Lisa S, was gone for the day (I called at 4: 15 PM) and asked if I could call back today. I just did (it is 2: 25 PM) and again was told that she is gone for the day and to call again tomorrow. This place continues to underperform with no end in sight. Will be talking to my insurance and dropping this place as fast as possible. Horrible.

Had to pay $350.out of pocket to get sleep study, to this point 16 business days later, don't have results, (that's over 3 weeks). Doctor hasn't read my results yet. Sorry I don't write reviews, but this place is really bad. As much as they charge they should have a doctor on call.

I was initially set up for an in office sleep study. I asked if I could do a home sleep study, and was told by Southern Sleep that I HAD to do an in office sleep study.

The day before my sleep study, which I'd made arrangements for childcare and everything, I was told that they had neglected to run my insurance and that I had no choice but to reschedule because there was no way my insurance company would get back to them in time.

When they finally ran my insurance, they told me my insurance would only cover an in home study before they would cover an in office sleep study. I was super irritated by this and requested a discount or something because of the inconvenience, but my request wasn't even acknowledged.

I was finally diagnosed, and needed to get a machine. Due to the money I had just paid them for the study, I couldnt afford the coinsurance right away.

So when I finally got my machine, I was told how to use it, however I think I could have been given more information about the different masks, in order to make a decision on which one worked better for me. But I ended up basically making a blind guess.

I was told that they would remind me when parts needed to be replaced and they would facilitate setting up a time to pick them up. It has been around 4 months, and I have not once been reminded that anything needs replacing. I have a neurological condition and have memory issues. So I am having to set myself alarms just to remember to call them.

When I did call, the people I need to talk to are never available, and messages are rarely passed to the people they need to get to. I called twice yesterday. I left a voicemail in the morning and that seemed useless. I said I needed to replace a part urgently as my deductible will restart on Wednesday. I asked if they were open Tuesday and the lady that answered said yes, but I'm beginning to wonder if she realized it was new years eve. I am currently waking up several times a night due to mask leaks since it needs replacement.

More than likely I will call in the morning and still not get what I need. I will likely end up paying full price just because they don't communicate. I intend on finding another place for my CPAP supplies. They are either oblivious, or truly do not care about patients.
