Sharica Conner’s has excellent customer service, plus she goes above and beyond when doing her job. She also recommended Ruben to fix our fifth wheel on our semi and he did a great job with limited parts. Great job.

Before the service was over with. Through all the obstacles that arose. I remained calm. And it actually created a different atmosphere even with the workers. Things don't always go as planned but attitude is key. I say try it for yourself

I had a screw in my tire and looked around for a tire shop that was open and found this place. When I pulled in I saw there were mainly big trucks there and almost turned around but when i walked in they told me to pull my car around and was out of there in 45 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back for my tire needs.

Great customer service and technician work.
I got a 3 axle alignment. It was the best one yet, and it comes with a inspection. The technician found out that my carrier bearing for the drive shaft was bad. I replaced it, and my vibration issue cleared up. To Southern Tire Mart.

I will never do business with this place again. They refuse to stand behind the product they sale. After over 10 years of doing business with STM they have lost this customer. They over charge for labor and refuse to stand behind their tires.

Super prices. 2nd wheel alignment and truck seems like it floats. 4 tires, wheel alignment, 2 centromatics and fantastic customer services. For under $2200. Yayy.

Nice place, bought 4 aluminum wheels, quick and good job, good price, only complaint, but one of my new tires on wrong axle, I should have checked, no problem other then that.

The service is good but could be better, the tire man wouldn't get off his phone, and work till some else came to help him!

I just rated my experience with this company as bad.they answer after I explained and show pictures from my truck with monitoring pressure devices and saying I had wrong pressure? This is no common sense, I'm mechanical inginieer, I never see a poor worker with a explanation like this, use your brain or cover the warranty but do not insult people like that.

This by far is some of the best service I’ve ever had. After shopping around for tires I found that southern tire mart had pretty good prices so I decided to give them a chance. Outside of Chick fil-a, the level of service and attention to detail was the best I’ve ever experienced. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. Thank you for great service. I will definitely be back and I’ll definitely tell other about you all

I will never use their services again. They overpriced their labor, billed 1 hr for a 30 min job.and charged me over $100 for a $20 filter. What a RIP off.

Very knowledgeable, had a 3 axle alignment done on my road tractor felt like the technician did a good job. Explained what he did. Friendly staff.

DO NOT WORK HERE! Manager hires and fires willingly! Constantly hiring people that dont have a clue! Turnover rate of at least over 20 people per year for the past 5 years. Extremely micro managing. No home work life balance. Management is a joke!
