Not a bad experience. Fast unload untill quitting time. The guys left and didn't tell me.had to sit and wait untill I figured it out.

Not a bad place to work. The Vice president cares about his employees, but the GM is a miserable old drunk that is condescending and racist as can be.

The attitude is disgusting, I got up at the door at 8 am, they started unloading only at 12 noon, there were no trucks except for me, the last time I had a desire with this company, lazy mediocrity!

Apt. 0800 got here at 0700 they open at 0800 checked in at 0800 its 1130 and they have not even touched my truck. This is one of the worst operations I have ever delivered to. Never again will I except a load to this customer. 0 stars

If you brining Toyota parts good night delivering here check in 8am and it’s 1 pm still waiting

First off let me say you can feel the BROWN PRIDE in this facility. Kept very organized, very prompt to assisting you, and a almost waiting to load you attitude? Puro raza man, don't get no better. Hope to be back soon.

Quick loading. However, my first drop on a two stop trip wasn’t happy with them as they had mixed products on each pallet. Next time, Southern Warehouse, put the same product on one pallet!

Plus, they wanted to change me $75 to rework the trailer after putting 5 pallets for my final destination on the tail; saying it was my responsibility to tell them.

Never in all my years out on the road have I been expected to tell the shipper how I wanted the trailer loaded. Every shipper, except Southern, has understood pallets need to be put on in groups according to the stop and in what order those groups need to be in.

For that reason, I can only give 2 stars.

Check in with shipping and 30 minutes later I was heading to the customer for delivery, great job guys

I called them to inquire if they could possibly help me rearrange some stops on my route on short notice. The general manager Mr. Simms was more than accommodating and took care of me right away. The employees were very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them for any of your transportation needs while in the San Antonio Texas area. There's a reason they've been in business since 1881. They take care of their customers. Thank You ️

I give it 5 stars but it's hit and miss, with the workers sometimes you in an out other times you wait.

Ugly faces, very lazy,
Stand there and nobody will ask why you are here, take very long to unload,
Works only by appointment, everyone here hates his job
