Staff here is super nice. I don’t like going to doctors in general…. But actually enjoy seeing them. They make me feel comfortable and are genuinely attentive to my needs. Highly recommend.

I once was very happy as a patient here, Dr Imam and the nurse practitioner and Infusion nurse are great but ASHLEY this classless so called receptionist they have answering the phones needs to go work at a collection agency or something. She told me the last time that I called that my account was “locked” because I had a $25 balance that was sent to collections because I no showed for an appointment that I notified them i was in the hospital… she then told me she needed “proof” of me being in the hospital which I feel like is my personal business… fast forward to a year later and I just paid the fee and scheduled an appointment for this coming Thursday.i called to see if i can move the date and she told me (while interrupting me and talking over me) if i cancelled my appointment or changed it i would be dismissed as a patient… this is the dumbest policy ive ever heard in my life and it doesn’t seem like they really care about taking care of their patients

The nurse practitioner was amazing, and the assistants thoroughly checked my medical history. I went to a previous neurologist and left the place crying, this experience was completely opposite. I felt comfortable and heard.

I really appreciate both Denise and Dr. Imam. They both spent time to make sure and answer my questions and help ensure that I am getting the best care possible. I truly appreciate their patient interactions and knowledge. I feel very cared for and would recommend anyone to them.

When you are sick and going crazy with nightmares and terrora every night they will drop you like a bad date.the staff is somewhat nice but patients are just a number

I have been going to see Dr Imam Asher since 2014. He is a wonderful Doctor. He no longer accepts my insurance. But that's ok. I would rather self pay to go and see Doctor Imam Asher over any other neurologist. And the nurses and staff are very nice and polite. I would recommend anyone to go here.

Facility is comfortable and staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant, putting you at ease immediately upon entering the office.

I am blown away by the level of care that I received at my first appointment with Dr. Imam. The front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful. Kaitlyn was so sweet and took the time to listen to my concerns and insured that my information for my appointment was explained well and detailed. I felt very comfortable sharing my worries and experiences with her. Seeing Dr. Imam was life-changing. I have seen several neurologists and no one has treated me with the compassion and patience that Dr. Imam had for me today. He took the time to understand all of my symptoms and my medical history. He also explained certain things about my previous diagnosis that I had not heard before. He truly showed me that he cared about my overall health and gave me hope. I am so happy to have come to Southlake Neurology!

My husband and I really appreciate Denise Butler NP. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, caring and pleasant.

The PA (Lindsey Cunningham) was excellent and every patient with me allowing me to provide her with all my history and pharmacology. She was very attentive to what I was saying and gave great advise. She was also proactive submitting requests to insurance as I sat with her.

And her assistant who took all my information and imputed it was very polite and professional as well. She was also very patient and kind. I think her name was Pamela (?).

I am very impressed and look forward to seeing what we can do to help me with my chronic pain and sleep isssues in the future.

From the waiting room to seeing the provider, everything in this office is great! I never feel like I’m being rushed during my appointment and the providers are very compassionate and answer all of my questions. A little hard to get ahold of them on the phone sometimes (the front is a little swamped!) but Im glad I was recommended to them. I recommend them now too!

Appointment on time and no waiting either upon arrival or exam room. Doctor very thorough and explained in detail procedure and results.
