5Professional and courteous staff, modern and sophisticated equipment and procedures, treated my sinus infection very well. Balloon Sinoplasty was a huge success, I am breathing much better, and no more congestion.
Incredibly friendly, kind people! I felt right at home and so cared for. Doctors and staff were excellent and very knowledgeable and conversational, able to find out what was wrong very quickly and take care of it on the spot. All in all, walked in and left in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Friendly front office staff, efficient medical staff, Dr. Trimble is clearly an intelligent, informed specialist. The fact that he's really nice and accommodating is a total win! Thanks for helping with my snoring (more importantly, my wife thanks you).
Feel free to show up 1 hour AFTER you appointment time, every.single.time. One appointment, I waited 1.5 hours after my appointment time to be seen. Most other patients in the waiting room seem to be experiencing the same issue.every.single.time. One patient was booked with the same doctor at the same exact time as me. Guess he can be in two places at one time, just like A Walk to Remember.
Secondly, the billing/management office is a joke. I called and left a message to discuss a payment plan.and never ever got a call back. Legit tried to give them my money. TAKE MY MONEY! Please. I figured out how to setup a payment plan online, the plan was approved and I received confirmation of such. I then received an email that my account was past due, with no mention of the payment plan.
Last and most importantly, my post-op instrucions mentioned NOTHING about a specific steroid nose spray. I followed the post op instructions to the “T”, and ended up getting a massive infection after my procedure. The doctor then blamed me for not taking this steroid nasal spray.which I was never prescribed. Definitely my fault, as I did not attend medical school or predict what medications to take not listed on my paperwork. MY BAD! Shoulda gotten that MD license and performed my own procedure.
Lol, 10/10 would NOT recommend wasting your time or money here. I’ll recommend a great doc in Plano instead, would be well worth the drive.
