Southside Bank reviews
10 All of the staff at the Jacksonville Branch are extremely knowledgeable and committed to working with us!
ThankYou!
EXCELLENT customer service. Valerie went out of her way to ask me how I wanted my request for money, etc. Took her time and made my day! Thank you Valerie!
Friendly and caring employees that always has a smile and ready to help you. Hands down best in town.
Every time I walk in the lobby, they receive me a great greeting and beautiful smiles. Love this bank. Thank you Miss Collette.
Very good customer service at this location every time I have been there. One particular teller that stands out is Collette! She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have.
Everyone is always so very nice and prompt. Valerie is the best! Anytime she is there I make it a point to go see her. She is so nice and always takes great care of me. We love Southside!
The staff there is so friendly and really explain everything throughly, Molly is the one that helped me and she is an angel! I will continue to use this bank. And highly recommend everyone else too as well.
I have been banking with Southside for a short time and wish I had found it sooner. The employees at every location I have visited, which include: Jacksonville, Tyler, Bullard, Whitehouse, and Palestine have been helpful. Each experience I have seen the employees go above and beyond what is requested of them. They know me by name and always greet me with a smile. Their customer service and patience sets them apart from other Banking Establishments. When I arrive in the drive-thru I am always greeted FIRST! They ask me what type of transaction I will be conducting. If getting cash back, the tellers ask how I would like it back. Lastly, they wish me goodbye and say that they are “Happy to Help”.
Wow! The folks at the bank are so friendly and helpful! Anytime I needed anything they provided it to me fast!
Very disappointed in this location.it started about 2 months ago. I understood that my Dad didn't understand power of attorney.died when he did.that was the start of my journey of understanding what I needed to do for my siblings.the girl up front was smirking.as if I was stupid. I asked for her manager and the manager confirmed my next moves. I hired an attorney with my cousins suggestion.best lawyer I have ever.was named over estate.went back to this establishment with court papers to have this same girl smirk and smilesmirk.said.your license is expired.mind you the same day I buried my father. I renewed my license to close out his account and to wrap up a few loose ends and again. I got smirking from her. I'm done with this establishment especially after talking to a manager last Friday that told me a temporary driver license was legal.she told me to come back tomorrow.around 10am. But if I can.her manager would be in a meeting and smirking again. I told her this is not over.you see it's not about the money.it's actually very little money in the account.it's now ado better it's about my dad.what if it was yours
