2Without any confusion, MJ Reynolds, Assistant Branch Manager at Southside Bank, 3828 Troup Hwy, Tyler, walked us carefully through depositing money from another institution. Nice interest rates had brought us in today. We were able to complete our banking business with no errors, no problems; thus, surpassing our goals. Ms. Reynolds is friendly and competent. She was not above asking her supervisor to give input. We left the bank feeling very secure. Ms. Reynolds is an employee to be proud of, and we hope to see her smiling face every time we come to Southside Bank.
