Kevin Matheny has been amazingly wonderful! We (my fiancé, Tony Martin, and I) have had multiple orders and with all the visits, he made sure we were happy. He went out of his way to get what we wanted at a great price! He has a great attitude and had great customer service! Thank you! Friendly greeting at the door but no pushy salesman. Explained what we were looking for, a wall saver recliner. Mr Fry showed us the exact chair we had been looking for and demonstrated the durability of the fabric. My son really liked the chair and purchased it immediately. The payment process went smoothly as did picking up the chair the next day. A very positive experience.

I hate to share how great this place is as soon they will be extra busy and out of stock if I tell you about them. Very reasonable prices, nice selection, and helpful staff. What else could you ask for?

Best place to buy furniture. Great Customer service and delivery. Purchased a lift chair and they delivered it the same day.

Excellent sales staff (not pushy). Waiting for our new furniture to arrive as I type this review ~ We bought the reclining loveseats and two recliners for our living room ~ price was just right and no waiting, as they have a large showroom and storage available. Most furniture stores want major money to deliver and setup the furniture, but SouthSide Furniture is very reasonable. We recommend Southside.

Brittany was amazing and helped my wife and I get a great new furniture set. She was very informative and assisted us with making a decision. She was very polite and allowed my wife and I to just calmly make a decision and not feel pressured or rushed. My wife and I bought matching recliners and couch. After sitting in the recliners for a couple of weeks, we both discovered our necks hurting from pressure of our heads being pushed forward. We explained to the owner the situation. Both of the recliners were in perfect shape. We told him we would keep their sofa, but wanted to return the
recliners. He said he didn't do

No return or exchange policy is bad for the customer. We asked for an exchange on a table/chair set that my father couldn't sit in comfortably due to hip surgery two days after it was delivered. They wouldn't help out. I do not recommend this store.

Anthony was awesome to work with! Great products, great pricing, and items IN STOCK! We took home our new living room the same day!

Aaron met us at the door & practically took us directly to the office desk we were looking for! The staff we met were very helpful, the store is open & welcoming. Southside was stop 4 of 5 today & just the place we needed to be. We'll definitely be shopping again soon!
