Southview Apartments, El Paso TX

Very bad management. Complaints are never followed up on. It's currently 107° and the air conditioner stopped working 2 days ago and no one has come by to fix it. It's useless to put in work orders when no one listens. This is the way alot of tenants are currently living in these apartments. If anyone knows where else to call or get a hold of someone higher than management please let me know.

Roach infested. Whenever I tried contacting the office for a repair they wouldn’t follow through.

The worst apartments ever! Roach infested and fly infestation! There’s a constant police presence and cars getting broken into. We had a water leak that flooded are apartment and left a hole to were we could see in our neighbors apartment and maintenance failed to cover it up so I had to buy dry wall and cover it myself, contacted the office numerous of times and only got the run arounds. It took a whole year to have the hole fixed! Julian the manager is another issue at hand because once we contacted corporate about the problems with our apartment as they weren’t being fixed so we went above management and to remain anonymous we’re even corporate still called Julian and advised him who had made the complaint and that’s when Julian took it upon himself to give us a eviction to retaliate for our complaint, so I had to call corporate once again spoke to Alex his boss who assured me she would not evict us but when it came to our lease renewal they kicked us out. It’s not worth what they want so don’t waste your time applying there cause service sucks! After moving out and leaving apartment nice and clean he still kept deposit when nothing was wrong with apartment. There air conditioner units don’t work good at all blows hot air and real humit inside. You’ll notice ppl there bought there own window air conditioning units cause the a/c units don’t work good at all! Safe yourself the time and money and the hassle don’t move in this place!
