Absolute WORST front desk customer service. They don't care about you as a person or patient, and don't try to help accomodate you. Felt unheard, unseen, and unhelped. Very dissatisfied. I would never return to an establishment that doesn't seek to support a patient and allow exceptions based on extenuating circumstances.
