IF I could give a 0 STAR I WOULD. I bought a car from here and it’s been a nightmare since. I just want them to fix the issues, not put a band aid they knew and intentionally hide from a buyer (ME). They SELL cars AS IS, have you sign a contract in case you sue them letting you know they will be doing a 3rd party lawyer just because they WILL NOT help after they sell you the car. This place WILL commit fraud and leave you to hang. DO NOT COME HERE even if they have the car you want.

If you guys from SouthWest read this and don’t like it. I AM NOT SORRY for this review. You guys had many opportunities to help and fix the issues you knew was wrong.

Stay as far away as absolutely possible. I mean this. I was sold a complete LEMON. A vehicle so out of wack it was inoperable when delivered.

Vehicle was purchased 10/06/2022 and as of today (12/07/2022) I STILL do not have this in my possession.

They picked it back up for repairs and when asked for updates I was sent pictures of handwritten receipts from a mechanic who’s number goes straight to voicemail with a full inbox.

Everyone at the dealership refuses to speak with me (especially Mario who sold us the vehicle knowing it was in terrible condition) and insists I must speak with the owner- Francisco (they state that this is because I asked if I needed to involve an attorney)

Francisco is magically unavailable every time I call aside from once 3 weeks ago when I was promised that this same mechanic (that there is no working number for) is finishing up the truck. It’s been two months- they got their 21k and I still have yet to receive my vehicle. If you care about the well being of your family and the safety involving the cubicle you utilize, DO NOT- I repeat DO NOT GO HERE.

Also- they falsified documents by forging signatures in order to get insurance on the vehicle to get I registered.

Mario was a great salesman. He handled my purchase. Really quick, easy to understand and nice looking inventory as well. Especially recommend if you're military

I had purchased a car a few months ago and on the contract it said they still owed me a part for the car. Fast forward to today I still have not received the part. I’ve tried to contact Mario. The man who I made the deal with and he gives me constant excuses. One day he tells me they already ordered it. Another he tells me they can’t find it. Then he tells me to stop calling, that they’d call me when they have it. Very unprofessional. They’ll tell you anything to get a sale

It’s hard to find a car that’s in good shape. They sold the car for what’s it’s worth and didn’t do what other dealerships do and mark up the prices.

DO NOT GO GET A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! I went to look at a couple vehicles that I seen on their website. One had many dings and scratches around the vehicle. The other had a DUCT TAPED PLASTIC spoiler on the back with scratches and dents everywhere (these were not specified online) I seen they had a Q50 on the lot and everything was fine until I looked closer and there was about an inch and a half gash taken out of the tire close to the rim lip. (Blowout waiting to happen) the guy kept pushing and pushing that he could show me the car fax report. Yea the carfax is clean because they “fix” everything right there in their “shop”.

This is a great place to get a good low mileage vehicle. Thanks to Beyonce for being patient with me and helping me with every question i had.

I visited this place and ended up falling in love with a 20 18 Mustang GT. Low mileage but the car had been in 2 wrecks with some visible damage to the rear. The dealership refused to reduce the asking price on the car even considering the damage. I was also informed that I had to purchase my own warranty. These guys are con artists. Everything was SUPER SHADY

Just purchased a car here and cris helped me all the way thru, answered any question i had and wanted whats best for me 10/10
