We need to change locations. I am not going to 3705 Medical Pkwy, Austin, TX 78705 address again.

1). I felt unsafe as there were people standing by the arm that lets you into the parking garage next to you. I thought I was going to get robbed. I waited behind 3 cars to get in and the person did not move at all, and the person looked in my car as I was grabbing the ticket. (probably casing cars).

2). When driving up the lot, the "compact" spaces are too small as there were cars taking up two spaces.

3). When making it to the roof, a car tried to make a U-turn to come back out the way she came, as there were no signs to indicate one way, or an exit.

4). I was fine parking on the roof, but when I went to the door to take the elevator down, I realized there was no elevator except steep stairs. I am prone to tripping and losing balance, but I was thinking about taking the stair using the railing, but once again, I realized there was no covering in the stairwell making me feel anxious that if I fell, I would fall out of the stair well.

4). After returning to my car, I start leaving the parking garage, I noticed a parking spot on the 3rd floor that by an elevator. (Don't forget they are compact spaces). I parked in the spot but could not leave my car. As I open my door, my breasts and butt could not make it through the tiny opening. Even after opening the door as far as I could without hitting the car next to me, I could not fit.

5). Once again, I decide to leave the lot, but a car was coming towards me from the wrong direction, and made an aggressive parking maneuver in order to get out of the way. Due to lack of signs.

6). Making it to the exit, the people I saw at the entrance was still there.
I am cancelling my appointment due to safety concerns and health risks.
