Short wait times for my test, all safety protocols were in place, and the test was super fast. Everyone was courteous and my parking was validated without asking.

From MRIs to CAT scans to mammograms Southwest Diagnostic Imaging is the place to go. Their system runs smoothly. The phone call to go over your medical information and questions beats filling out paperwork.
Southwest is located in the backside of Presbyterian Hospital. Park in the covered parking off of Greenville, west side, then right after the circular driveway. Take your parking ticket. Southwest will validate it!

I have had several appointments at Southwest Diagnostic Imaging Center and have developed total confidence that the services I have received are of the highest quality. The office team in both of the offices I have visited worked with expediency and in a caring manner. The technicians performing the tests were consistently professional, thorough, and also caring.

What a wonderful experience! All the staff was professional and very kind! They explained every step of the process along the way, I was completely comfortable and felt like they really cared!

Every interaction I had with staff here was phenomenal. To confirming the cost beforehand, to scheduling, to having a first time Mammo and being a little nervous- every single staff member could not have been nicer or more lovely, especially the technician who did my scan. They also had me in and out extremely quickly. I would recommend early morning appointments, and definitely would recommend them for services. (It's also extremely clean and near it's own entrance.)

I truly enjoyed my first experience visiting Southwest Diagnostic Imaging. My Dr.put the request in about 20 mins before I arrived. I received fast, very friendly, and courteous service. From the time I walked in to being seen my visit was less than an hour. Love the staff they made me feel good about my first visit.there was always constant communication by asking me how I was feeling or if I needed anything.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. That is important to patients who might be stressed about the upcoming procedure. I would certainly recommend SDIC to everyone needing the types of services that they offer.

Everyone on staff at SW Diagnostics was friendly and efficient. The nurse who performed the mammogram was respectful and kind. The atmosphere is comfortable. I like getting this procedure done at SW Diagnostics even though it is a little bit of a travel.

I took the 5 stars away because, If you can't afford your copay. They don't care. I've had at least 6 or more scans, biopsy's, test's and I've always paid. Large amounts mind you. Now I need a ct badly due to a mass I can't afford the copay and asked for financial assistance, they blatantly said NO! No options. No money no scan. I will ask my doctor to not request test there ever again. If you can't afford to be sick.don't go here.

Professional staff. Friendly. Only issue was they had a hard time finding my vein to inject solution in, but even she worked it out and was very compassionate and caring.

Great, fast, & as pleasant an experience as is possible! I work at THR & was able to get back to work in no time. Taylor was wonderful in explaining what to expect with the 3-d mammogram (My first). Southwest Diagnostic is a class act with warm, caring, & professional people.

Was there 15 minutes befire my appointment and was there until 5: 30 pm. Is that normal for an MRI. Staff was rude when i asked abuot it. I dont know. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

The staff is the best! They all have been here for years, so feels so comfortable feeling like they know you and you them. Gail and the ladies at the front are the BEST of the BEST!

Both techs were professional and efficient. Also, I had a billing question and the woman doing intake was patient and helpful instead of being annoyed. All around great!
