Dr Loy is so incredibly kind and diligent! He really took his time and did extensive test to try and figure out what was causing me sudden eye problems that have been bothering me. I would 1000% recommend him to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!
Website states that Medicaid is accepted. When I called, I was told that they do not accept it and when I mentioned it was on the website I was told "yeah, that needs to be updated".

I have a difficult prescription in a RGP lens, Dr Loy did an excellent consultation and suggested a newer type of lens I had not heard about. Makes living with a strong astigmatism easier. Glad I found him!
