Way you much to text here but I promise you 1 thing I will never step foot back into a Southwest dealership again.

Everyone who helped us with buying our 2021 F150 was great! Nick, Jeremy and Kal were all so helpful and informative. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from you and it won’t be the last! Great experience!

We made an appointment with Brian Cooper after our previous more experienced salesman had been moved to parts. Brian mumbled and stumbled to get me a trade in value 30% below KBB on a 2018 limited purchased from their dealership. Brian leaves and another guy meets with us says he’s in a meeting now and he will help me. These sales guy spend more time getting their hair faded then doing their job. We Won’t be back after doing business there since 97.

My wife and I worked with Justin, Kat and Tom. They were very helpful, provided us with the information we needed and did not make us feel pressured or hurried. Thank you for a very positive car buying experience. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to you

Great service and great facility. The service agent, Julia Overby, did an awesome job with my vehicle. Got my truck back all washed and looking sharp.

Sales person offered me 2 types of replacements for my tires. Could not pronounce Uniroyal. I asked him the tire rating and he didnt know them. I asked them to reset an error code telling me to service my tire change kit, they didn't. This place does good work, but their product knowledge has declined over the past 2 years.

I had a wonderful experience with Southwest Ford. I found the vehicle online. My salesman Stewart was great, and had quick responses to all of my questions and concerns. Finance Mgr Joe was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. I was in and out of there in no time, and on the road in my new truck. Even my insurance agent’s husband was asking where I got such a great deal. Extremely Satisfied Customer!

I would give 1 star, but the sales team is fantastic. Good luck if you need service done. The only time I've had good service is when I complain to my salesman. You shouldn't have to complain to be treated correctly. I thought I'd give it another try last week and still haven't received a call back. I was told all the advisors are busy, they took my info, and no call back. I had the same experience with their body shop.

I have had the pleasure of using Southwest Ford for about 30 years and I can say that I have always been treated fairly and felt welcomed every time. This goes from the sales staff to the maintenance personnel. This last visit, 04 Dec I was welcomed by Kat Brownlee, who went out of her way to help us buy a new Ford. There is not a better salesperson than Kat. Thank you Southwest Ford for this pleasant experience.

Have bought one used truck and wife just bought brand new car this year and have had excellent service. I even bring my Chevy truck in for service cause the techs are very understanding of what you need. Billy Stowe the shop foreman is a guy with great knowledge of what he does for a living. He will definitely go out of his way to help you and make you happy. Will always do business with southwest ford and will tell people about their great service department.

The email ads mention a car wash with an oil change. The first time I had an oil change my truck was washed. Why doesn't it get washed every time? I left my truck for over 3 hours & when I picked it up it was the only unwashed truck that was parked. On the bright side, I appreciate the inside being vacuumed!

My wife and I had just went to look at trucks not to buy one yet. She ask me what make I was looking for. I told her a Dodge Ram 1500.so we go to a Ford car lot and didn't see what I really wanted. We go right across the road to Southwest Ford pre-owned vehicles and low and behold. I saw this 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn.test drove it.and Jeremy Chick helped get us in it today. Great people to deal with. I recommend Southwest Ford!

I Purchased a used truck, the salesman Devon was very honest and helpful. The closing experience was great! I would highly recommend Southwest for used vehicles.
