I make this my go to shop as they are much quicker at diagnosing and fixing any issue. Dealership in temple held onto my truck for 5 days and did nothing so I came here and got what I needed done the same day. They definitely value paying customers

This guys are very unnecessary Slow, I went for little electric issues and it took me 4-hours, they let me wait two hours for road test, after two hours and no Road tests I told them pls let me pay you I don't want road test, right now I can't tell you what job they Done till I found out next couple weeks or so, if you have a lot of time you can go that's all I know

I highly recommend calling them for road service, their tech, Robert was on time, friendly, helpful and honest.
He is a good troubleshooter and found our very difficult electrical issue, he fixed it. The folks at the shop are friendly as well, and got us right in their very busy shop. Thanks folks.

Worst international dealership I've everbeen to. Simple AC switch repair took 5 hrs to fix and they made me wait 2 more hrs for a test drive. Do not go stop here.

Parts are very expensive plus they do not share there parts numbers that means you cannot cross reference the part number

Not a bad place to have work done. They are fairly fast, better than any freightliner dealership I've been to anyways. The drivers lounge is comfortable with large couches and a big screen tv. Coffee is free in the lounge too. Plenty of restaurants around the place, within walking distance, if you're stuck there for a few days.

Took 14hrs to do PM. $4000 of items stolen from truck when picked up, and refused to help in any way. Check engine light still on. You decide! Also found out from neighboring businesses that this place is KNOWN for items being stolen from trucks. THEY even told me "it happens all the time, oh well! Not responsible! " Obvious inside job, but little sign saying "not responsible" basically gives permission/permit to steal from anyone on their property!

Fan belt started at 2 p.m. 10: 14 p.m. Now truck still not fixed said they have to order part when. Is local in town using carrier service

Dropped my trailer on hot asphalt and sunk into the ground.my tractor was stuck under my dropped trailer with the trailer sitting on my tires.the manger Bobby and the tech Chris came out in 100 degree heat to help my stuff wood and rocks under the landing gear and help lift my trailer with a fork lift. Awesome crew very helpful and respectful thanks guys.

Everytime I have to get something fixed on our company truck they take weeks, not days, to fix it. Have I mentioned the bill is always in the thousands? The only reason I bring it here is because we have an account already set up with them.

Is there an option to leave zero stars? They refused to sell me hose clamps without my vin #. I just gave you the size.then they come out with a wayyyy smaller size 34.99 each.hahahaha gtfo. 3rd time I have problems there and leave empty handed minus 30+minutes of my time

Can't leave zero stats. Took a chance and was wrong. They couldn't care less about your truck to repair. Get to it when they get to it. I had to order the parts to repair it so it be faster.avoid. Avoid. Avoid

The worst dealer ever I visited. I was looking for sleeper shocks and they gave me unreasonable price. I called my mechanic and he told my to get the part number so he can compare prices and let me know if there is another options. And when I asked them for the part number, they refused to give me the part number cause they know I can find the same part with cheaper price.
