Kelvin at Southwest Kia is a true gem! He was quick to respond and found the exact Telluride I wanted and shipped it to Dallas. I had it within a week. No high sales pressure, just great service!

The service person that took my order said it would be about N hour. I waited for an hour then went to service department. My car had not moved. I spoke with the supervisor in charge. She was very helpful. She went out to the area. Came back and said it would be 15 minutes. The other person needs some training or else he doesn't care. Very Bad for the Company. Individuals need to care if they work in service.

Our service advisor Heather Stallings is the best! She keeps us informed on the progress of our vehicle as well as offers options and suggestions for repairs and service. Everyone at SW Kia have been friendly and courteous. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Can’t say enough kind words about Jacob Dabbs. He got my mom the exact car she was looking for and spent time going over every detail. He even went above and beyond by letting my mom follow him back to my house as I had to leave the dealership early and shes new to the area and was nervous driving her new car. Those little acts of kindness go such a long way. If you’re shopping for a new Kia ask for Jacob!

Really friendly and great service! Went in to get some recalls done and they shuttled me home and picked me up to bring me back. Also washed the car for free!

The service department is extremely helpful and courteous. Loved Heather she was extremely helpful and explained everything that needed to be done with your vehicle. Would highly recommend.

I was absolutely cheated here by the service dept and I'm beyond disappointed. I have always brought my car here and hoped it would create a relationship of trust where I could rely on them not to cheat me. My battery died and I installed a new one myself but the car still would not start so I had it towed to SW Kia. They told me on the phone they would have it all day but called me back about an hour later saying they diagnosed it and it needed a modification to the battery terminals because the battery did not fit the car (first lie). They were going to have to modify the battery terminals (dangerous?) to make the battery fit to the tune of almost $400. I couldn't believe it. Brett told me he could hear I was shocked and he would "see what he could do. " When I got there the tech explained to me what he did. He was trying to confuse me with technical terms and told me he had to modify the battery terminals and clean them because it was preventing a connection. He also told me no other batteries work for my car except for the ones they sell there at the dealership (second lie). I asked why this was going to cost me almost $400 and couldn't he just replace the entire cable system for that much or less? He said no way it costs $400 it should be about $100. At this point I had to agree. The car was ready and I was over it. When I went to look under the hood the terminals still had corrosion all over them (third lie) and it appeared not a single thing was done to "modify" the connection to the battery terminals. Upon reading over the paperwork it also mentioned tightening connections to the alternator. This was never even mentioned in the over 25 minute conversations I had with them (fourth lie). So to me it looks like they got the car, fixed whatever minor thing that was causing it not to get power from the battery, tested me to see if I would take the bait and pay $400, then brought the price way down (better by comparison) and inflated the work they did on the invoice to match the $150 it eventually cost me.

My wife also has had a bad experience with their service dept and refuses to go back. I too will dump these crooks. I tried to give them a chance. Classic Kia Carrollton is further away but they will have all my business and eventual purchase of the 2020 Stinger when it releases.

Do not do business here. They give a terrible name to dealership shops everywhere.

(Service Center) Everyone I encountered was amazing. They were professional and got me in and out very quickly. We have used the service center many times before and we have always been very pleased with our experience. I was there buying another vehicle and mentioned some warranty work I needed done on my Kia. Carrie in finance immediately set me up with the service dept.and Heather made an appointment for my Kia and arranged for a loaner car. Now that is excellent customer service! Heather arranged for a loaner vehicle and James assisted me with the service request. They were both fantastic.

(Buying of vehicle) We purchased a used vehicle from Justin and he made the entire process low stress and with no pressure. We also had a wonderful experience with Carrie financing the vehicle and getting us through the buying process.

We have now purchased three vehicles from this dealership and will continue to buy here because of the staff's professionalism, knowledge, and customer service.

Dishonest salesman. Horrible service. Tried to hook us with a bait and switch. The car that was advertised was not on the lot.then it was totaled.then it was lent out to a customer from service. Didn't know when the car would be back because service department and sales don't communicate well. Yeah right. Don't waste your time here.

Took 2011 kia forte koup in to get parts for intake manifold, was told need an oil solenoid replaced and was sold one for 175. Electrical part so no refunds. Was not the part i needed and now i got to find another place to order the right part. Also scheduled for a recall replacement, arrive for my disabled appointment and was told they didn't have time and wanted to keep it over night because they needed to take the dash apart for 3 hours. Rescheduled for a week later and a different service writer took care of me, only took 30 minutes and they didn't take the dash off to do it. Seems like their mechanics don't know how to do anything on their own cars.

I came into the service department a little shaken up and disappointed over how poorly I had been recently treated at a dealership. I asked to speak to a manager because I was not confident I knew the right questions to ask the service department, as I know nothing about vehicles. Also the service department aforementioned said there was nothing they could do. I was greeted by Craig and after this experience can honestly say it was the best customer service I have ever received. He is proud to give top quality customer service and reiterated that is something he takes seriously. Craig went above and beyond to assure I was being taken care of properly. He walked me through the entire process of what he was going to do and even went and picked up a part from somewhere himself so that I was not there waiting for it to be delivered.

The service team was in and out updating me frequently so I knew what was going on. I was treated with the upmost respect and honesty and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone,

I cannot express how happy I have been with SW Kia these last five years! First. LOVE my Soul! Then.no problems at all, just the usual oil/battery/tire things, and these folks are just great! Heather in service is unsurpassed in customer service!

I took my 2013 Kia Soul to Southwest Kia Mesquite- I'd always gone to Classic Kia in Carrollton and had such a good experience that I thought it would be the same standards across the board.
It was time for my 60,000 mile service. Simple. I pulled in, told them I needed a 60,000 mile service, and went back home. Many hours later (close to closing time) they tell me my car is ready but requires about TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of severe condition repairs. I was blown away. The service rep laughed at my sticker shock response and made a joke about how it's not like it's two million dollars. I had him list out and diagram everything that they said needed to be done and asked for them to do whatever the most critical repair would be. $300 repair.

I picked up my car and went home so confused and bewildered, as my car has never missed an oil change and never had any problems. I couldn't believe it had so many things wrong with it.

Fast forward to me going to Classic Kia in Carrollton a few weeks later. I told them what happened- how they did a 60k mile service and a repair (I can't remember what the repair was). I handed him the diagram of all the "severe" issues that were listed out for me.

A few minutes later, the service rep called me up to the desk and informed me that not only was everything in the green.that not a single repair needed to be done.that everything was in perfect condition. He told me Southwest Kia didn't even DO the 60k mile service. Even though I was FULLY CHARGED for it.

I will NEVER go to Southwest Kia again. They tried to SCAM me out of THOUSANDS of dollars. The place should be shut down.

DO NOT GO TO SOUTHWEST KIA. Make the drive and go to Classic Kia in Carrollton. After 4 years, they have never wronged me, and they will always have my business.

I was in dealership for 10 minutes. Not one person said hello to me. It wasn't until I mentioned that no one had said anything to me that the 1 of the 2 receptionists sitting behind the desk acted shocked that no one had said hello to me. I said that's OK there's another dealership down the road I'll just go there. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes just to see if someone would come out and talk to me. And still no one. This is the worst service I have ever seen at a car dealership.

Had a great experience with the service department at Southwest Kia. Michael my service advisor helped me through the whole process of my engine having to be replaced due to a recall issue. They got me in a loaner vehicle and called me every week to update me during the whole month process of it all.

My wife went in to get another car because hers was damaged and it made more sense to buy another car. Amazingly she was able to get a brand new car as opposed to a used car. The guys that are really friendly and they are awesome at selling cars because I also got a new car and trade it in my old one.they're all very friendly and they don't work on commission so everybody's just there to help. Really great place to buy a car.
