Southwest Mower Services Center, Houston TX

This place is the worst of houston. They sold me a machine and after some time needed repairs. They got the machine and returned it to me in pieces. They told me was not good. But they should returned in one piece. Prices are high and bad customer service. Please don’t go this place.

The Shop is fine and has a good selection of Redmax, Echo, Stihl, Honda, etc, but there is one guy who is the biggest a-hole every time I go. I don't know what his problem is, but it's bad enough that I decided to switch service centers. Everyone else is ok. If he were not there, I would give it 5 stars and reinstate my business.

Great services! My main Stores for parts! Some times dont have all parts but They can get it for You! Happy!

Not too friendly towards certain types of customers who come in. I would give no stars but I had to put at least one to leave a comment.

Excellent service. I have had them fix several things and they all work great. They did something very nice. They held a spot for me in their que and called me when it was my turn. I was able to keep my generator that had a small fuel leak on the carb during hurricane season they repared with oem stuff.

Every time I come to buy something, the staff treats you right and keep up with their word. I have had good experiences here compare to another dealer on Stella link.
