A great company to work with for collections! I worked with Brandi Schrade, this was my first encounter with a collection agency and she did a great job at making it not feel like the stereotypical aggressive debt collector. I really appreciated the professionalism and care she puts into her job.

Let's see. The first guy on my case, Andre, was rude and hardly responsive. I got in contact with Steve, the owner. He was nice. Said that he'd remove my debt once I paid it in full. I paid it in full like 5 minutes after we hung up. He said they report on the first of the month, which is technically today so we'll see. I'm up for a job so hopefully, he keeps his promise. If not, I'll update but for now, I'll keep the rating based on his willingness as an owner to step in and demonstrate good service.

I have been dealing with an Agent called
Brandi Lynn. She is an amazing consultant. With everything that is going on, She has done all in her power to assist me so that I can be able to pay my debt and feel less anxious. She is an example for your company to follow. She is very calming and understanding at the sometime getting the Job done. I would recommend her to anyone of you out there dealing with this company.

I paid my debt off years ago its still on my credit with 0 amount paid and i have a reciept its annoying that i have to show the reciept to everyone i wanna rent from bc they wont remove from my credit.

Even though this is a debt collection agency, Brandi Lynn has done a wonderful job working with me during a very stressful time. Always helpful and informative. Has never been rude and actually very pleasant to speak to. Thank you for making a bad situation not to miserable to deal with.

Wasn't happy when i saw a balance i was not aware of on my credit. If I would of known i would of paid it. So I did. They took it off my credit.

In my opinion this is the worst collection agency the world. I believe they stole my ssn and other personal information. Beware!

Southwest is the most professional and patient collector I’ve had contact with. They worked with me on my individual issues and made it work in both our favors. I know they're a debt collecting service, and honestly, people don't love places like this. But, Randy Mitchell was very pleasant with me and explained the debt I had, which I then paid off. It's one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a debt collector.

Brandi Lynn was great! She went out of her way to get me help. Even when my request was first denied she continued to try to come to a solution that helped both myself and the collection company. She went above and beyond to make sure a solution was made. And on top of all that her customer service skills were the best I've ever dealt with. Really great representative!
