Southwest Sports & Spine at Katy Trail, Dallas TX

Have been going to Southwest Sports and Spine for physical therapy twice/week for back and neck issues, as prescribed by my surgeon.
Given the severity of my condition, I really had doubts that physical therapy could even benefit me at all. I must say that I am very impressed with the results I have already seen in less than a month. Tim and the rest of the staff are very competent, personable, conscientious and thorough. They are absolutely awesome to work with and give me the personalized attention I expect when seeing a medical professional. I actually look forward to my visits and enjoy all of the work we are doing to build my core. I strongly recommend Tim as a physical therapist but enjoy working with Kaylee and Aldridge as well.

I was really impressed by everyone at Southwest Sports and Spine Katy Trail! My doctor highly recommend them after I hurt my back. Tim took time to explain my treatment and made sure I knew what the plan was. The staff always seemed to be happy and I enjoyed going to my appointments. Plus, my back feels great now! I definitely recommend them!

Southwest Sports & Spine at Katy Trail is the best. All the staff know exactly what they are doing and I especially want to recognize and thank my Physical Therapist, Tim. He has made such a difference and without having surgery. I also want to thank Kayley, Rachel and Meg. The facility is super clean, great machines, TV, showers if needed and even available shirts if one needs to change their clothes. Cold water is available to drink and there is the best scenery. It has open windows all around the facilty in the heart of Turtle Creek with beautiful trees that can have a calming affect on oneself. There is soft music in the background and all the staff are positive and super encouraging. I actually look forward to going there. It is like a family and one is never left alone and they all pay attention to make sure you are doing everything right. They are the best in the best.

This is a compassionate and effective clinic. I worked with Tim, who is an extremely competent and caring physical therapist. He was able to get some relief for my injured knee injury quickly. The entire staff was friendly and made going to physical therapy fun! I would not hesitate to return in the future, if needed.

The PT was highly recommended, however, the front office needs some training. First they did not call me for the referred appt until several days had passed. Then I was notified only within 40 minutes of my prescheduled appt, that my insurance was out of network. My insurance was provided when appt was made. This is challenging when dealing with chronic pain, and expecting therapy & care timely. The front desk person needs improvement in customer service and focus upon her job. It's too bad.

Since Yelp has decided to hide and delete all five star reviews for this place, including mine, I wanted to leave a quick note here to tell everyone just how awesome this place is. I've been going to SS&S for about six weeks now and have not had anything but the best interactions and experiences. The entire team is incredibly kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and super convenient for anyone working downtown. I love Meg and Rachael, they have been awesome and I could not recommend this place any more.

Tim is exceptional. He patiently explained everything about my sports related injury and the proper procedure needed to ensure a full and speedy recovery. I would highly recommended this place for anyone needing Physical Therapy.

Dr Meg got me back up and moving in no time! It was easy to make an appointment, and I received the care I needed to make a full recovery. The custom treatment plan was challenging yet achievable. I’d highly recommend Southwest Sports & Spine!
