We have been here a few times, bought several items that were delivered to us. We enjoyed dealing with Lean, she is very knowledgeable and helpful. The deliveries were on time and the employees went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend!

The store has great quality furniture with incredible price! Many furniture were from very prestigious hotels and timeless! If you want an amazing style for house at affordable prices go there! Also the people working there are super friendly and helpful! A big shoutout for LeAnna and Phillip!

Leanna was absolutely amazing. I came here on whim since most furniture stores have a 4-6 month lead time for most furniture. I have just moved to Texas and needed pieces ASAP. Leanna was able to recommend pieces that fit my style but also suggest options that would maximize the amount of pieces to be able to furnish more of the home. They have brand new pieces too. Definitely will return for other floors of my home and definitely see Leanna.

OMG! The people were very friendly, helpful and kind. The sales lady answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about her products. I already have told several people about this place and would definitely continue to. I will definitely be back here to shop for more furniture.

Was on a tight budget and needed several pieces of furniture and misc.items. LeAnne was very helpful in getting us everything we needed. Prices were very reasonable and customer service was awesome. Delivery was timely and the delivery drivers did a great job with a smile. This is the second time I've used them, I will definitely be using them again.

I have been coming to south west surplus for a few years now and it is a hidden gem in Houston. This is not your usual big furniture experience. You get premium hotel furniture at discount prices.

Special shout out to Lianna (and Celina). If you have any needs - go to Lianna. She is amazing and does a great job of putting your needs a priority and has been flexible in working with clients. She will take care of you.

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL - Visited the warehouse 3/8/21 to look at inventory. I asked if I can tag merchandise to hold for 2 days so I could process a Purchase Order. Called back 2 days later and was rudely told they do not hold merchandise unless paid after which the woman hung up on me. I called back and asked why she hung up and was told “we were finished”. She then proceeded to argue her assumption for my call. Told me they don’t have time to look for items for every caller. Merchandise must be paid in full. I asked if I can make my purchase over the phone but was told that request was impossible and needed to be approved by the owner. I asked to speak to the owner. Was answered with “the owner does not have time to speak to customers asking for discounts. ” I don’t know what her assumptions were but I was prepared to buy merchandise to furnish 16 two-bedroom condos. I find it very odd that a business refused to make that kind of a sale.

Got a wood queen bed for 100 dollars which I love going back in may to get sleeper sofa sales people were pretty cool to me went the extra mile for my bed love. The place

I was there this past Saturday and bought a picture for $5. I wanted a larger picture that I really liked for my bedroom but it wouldn't fit in my car! Lol. The warehouse is what it is. I can only assume that if a person is unhappy with the conditions there that they are only unhappy because nothing was FREE! You already know that the furniture is used and if you don't like the condition of it then you can always drive down the street and buy NEW furniture at another warehouse! LOL.
