I was so happy by the warm welcome and getting this study from Dr. Sanjay Maheshwari who did my echo at cliff location, southwest x-ray, el paso. I strongly recommend this place and the echo facility.
I went in this morning at 10 AM to try and get information about an appointment. As I walked in I stood at the door I didn’t get a greeting so I walked up to the receptionist desk. Before I could get to the receptionist she raised her voice and rudely told me to go back to the door that she was really busy putting people ahead of me. I mention I didn’t see her and she rudely replied “well I didn’t see you neither”. At this point I was very discouraged by her confrontational demeanor. She asked me what I was there for. And rudely told me let me see your papers. I showed them to her and she saw that I also need a lab work so she told me “go next-door and get your lab work and come back so that way I could put you in the schedule OK!? ” As if I was a child. Mind you I’m in pain because of my injury, the reason why I need my x-rays. We are all going through difficult times, specially in this pandemic. I feel discouraged to even return to the office, I mean if this is the way your receptionist receives your patients.
I had a Contrast MRI performed and they did a spendid job. I paid at the time of service and I keep getting bills four months later. They keep sending me texts to pay the bill. I have written back three times and had two separate phone calls as well. They keep reassuring me that this error has been corrected. Their business office has major problems. Make sure you get your receipt and be prepared to prove you paid your bill if you pay at the time of service. Finally I got it all resolved; I was not happy it took so long but the manager was very helpful.
