This place is amazing! I didn't get a chance to get a massage but baby when I tell ya, those warm pools more than made up for it! My one year old niece enjoyed herself more than everyone in our group! We will be back soon

Really enjoyed my spa day. Spent hours here and even stayed at the boutique hotel. Amazing! Will definitely be back!

Love it here! Hate that people hog the hot tub & some of the smaller rooms with their big groups for hours.

Amazing place. Nice hotel. They could use some upgrading g and repairs. The front desk Spa staff were amazing. The hotel checkin group not so much. The staff for the food area by the spas not very pleasant.
There were what appeared to be adult industry workers out on the pool/spa area posing for selfish, holding there breasts, taking pictures of their fake butts. It was ridiculous and noone stopped it. There were kids there. My biggest issue was the broken or difficult to work equipment. Oh and I had the worse massage ever!

I had the best time here. I stayed from 11am-7pm because it was AMAZING! Absolutely gonna return!

Definitely had the best time.do much my daughter & I stayed 8 hours. We took advantage of all spa caves and water therapy. The areas they need to improve on are the water pressure buttons were not working.out of 10 only 2 or 3 would work in each area. I informed the attendees, they fixed.just momentarily, unfortunately.

This did not deter me because I will have my party here.

This was my first time coming here and I came only for a deep tissue massage. I would not recommend anyone to come here for a massage especially for a deep tissue massage. I literally paid over $160 for someone to rub oil on me for 80 minutes. Nothing about the massage was deep! I even filled out the paper showing exactly where I need the most attention on my body and I guess the paper was never even looked at. I left feeling the same way I came in, but I did leave with enough oil on my body to stain anything I touched. If you want a massage, go some place else! You’ve been warned!

This place used to be great. We loved making the trip to enjoy a day to relax but it has gone so far down hill. We had been looking at a deal on their website but couldn't see how to book it without getting double charged. I figured the front desk could do the same deal only for them to tell us it had to be ordered online. Oh well, paid to get in only to find out you have to rent the uniforms now. It used to be included. They didn't even have our sizes so we had to go up to get ones that fit.

The building isn't that old but it really shows the wear and tear. Many signs are broken, faded, or cracking. The shower areas didn't feel clean, the baths seemed okay. The warm relaxation room was closed and when we looked inside the smell of mold hit us hard. When we went out to the main area we found the only meal option open was the pool side grill. We didn't go to a Korean spa to eat burgers and chicken tenders. I asked the server and he said the 3rd floor restaurant had been closed for awhile.

A good number of the water jets outside just didn't work. Many of our normal spots were closed or out of service. I say maybe 2 of the 02 machines with a blue light but no bubbles so even those may have not been working. At the end I told the front desk clerk about our issues and he only shrugged and told us our total. This was a complete waste of our time when we planned this to be a day to relax before our wedding. Highly disappointed and will likely never go back.

This was my first visit and the experience was great but the staff (not all) seemed disengaged. The facility was extremely clean I will return. As far as the staff goes, I still gave them four stars.everyone is entitled to have distracting moment or two.

Great place for staycation. Weekends have too many children running around, and covid hours have cut back the usual 24hr availability

Facility is nice, the pools are good, but not as clean as one think, staff is not friendly and they seem understaffed, chef goes on a hour break, the second restaurant closed, prices are really high and the quality lowered, sad to see this happen. I won’t be back

I went to spa castle back in 2016 and recently returned yesterday and it has really gone down the drain. They don’t provide towels or uniforms, the staff is not friendly, and you have to walk around barefoot while the staff wears their regular shoes. The facilities doesn’t look as well kept either. The staff doesn’t explain anything to you and I never saw the locker room attendant until I was about to leave. Not worth the 50 dollars. The massage however was awesome but unfortunately everything else was a bad experience.

I went on Friday 11/05 and it was my first time. Services I booked was a massage and facial. I had the best deep massage ever I believe her name was June. She was the best my back has been relieved of pain. The place itself was nice relaxing and up lives up to its standards. It was very nice atmosphere I will be visiting every month

This is my 2nd visit, this 2nd visit was the best. The prices went up, the experience was still amazing.

We love spa castle! Great for girls weekend or couples trip. Convenient staying at the hotel so you can go back and forth

We left because a bug was on my pillow. Told the person at front desk and did nothing about it

I could have stayed at the Marriott across the street. Spa Castle is charging Luxury prices for a dated hotel. I stayed in the loft room, and if you have more than 2 people consider a new hotel. The sofa beed advertised.is not a sofa or a comfortable place to sleep. No USB plugs, bad lighting, and my shower didn’t work. The AC is loud and it was impossible to sleep. It’s $50 to enter if you’re not staying in the hotel and $25 if you’re a guest. It’s not even valid for the duration of your stay, after 24 hours you have to pay $25 more for re-entry. I’m paying for my spa services, why charge for me to use the pool, hot tub, and bar when those are standard hotel amenities. I would not stay here again!

I’m very frustrated with the fact that I cannot purchase gift certificates online.
It makes no sense that I can make a reservation for myself but cannot buy it as a gift to someone else without having to driving all the way there to do that in person.
