PAULA NEWKIRK is the worst manager you can have, I had a traffic accident due to an irresponsible person who did not know how to drive and the insurance company sent me the check in my name and in the name of the financial company and this lady made a lot of trouble to give me my money, I am up to date with my payments and very soon I finish paying for this car, I treat myself like a thief. This employee is terrible. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I’m not talking about all employees, for example Lupita Ocampo is excellent, but the manager is rude and she does not think about the needs of the clients, I had already had a problem like this a few years ago, but they had not done these things to me, they solved the problem immediately, but today I presented all the evidence, apart from the fact that it was already losing money and she only made things more complicated instead of giving solutions …. I know what I’m talking about.
I’m opening my company and I was about to open my business account with you, but I just changed my decision because of this bad experience today, thanks

I went in person on Friday August 11th to talk to a financial manager, the financial manager didn't have time for 1 on 1, and was told to wait for a call which I have not received as of today. Secondly I went to member services and was overlooked and waited for an hour, ultimately I left. I experienced very poor service and I have been a member for over 10 years I have done many transactions from small transfers to home mortgage loans. I am really disappointed in the progressive decline of customer service at Space City Credit Union I felt ignored and not worth of anyone's time

These guys are so personable and work with you to do the best things for you! Laura and Tamekia were amazingly helpful to get what I needed, as was Lupita!

Loan officer contacted me and things progressed positively. Loan is secured and RV is being prepped.
So I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 star. Thank you Laura.

Second worst experience trying to get an RV loan. 3 weeks and never contacted. Left two messages.
First worst experience was a year ago trying to buy an RV. Again, no response. They used to be a lot better.

I have been a very satisfied customer of SCCU for over 20 years. Great service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

They have updated their system:) I was not getting instant notifications for transactions before but now I am. The update is awesome and I love it. I now get instant notifications for all transactions that I optioned for. Thank you. SCCU has truly helped me financially. Thank you so much

Have been a member since 1981, back before it was called Space City. Can't ask for a better, friendlier, more professional group to handle our accounts.

Loan Department doesn't care about your situation, when you give them paper work from your job that they ask for and they don't call you back, and times are very hard, they don't care and don't help, for a student loan.

SCCC customer service is the worse. I called to be proactive like I was advised by previous customer rep regarding a large transaction I was going to complete. I got transfer twice and I had to wait on hold to just be inform that they have decline my purchase and I would have to call again so funds to be release. What sense does that make? !?
Rep assisted me on Monday but today no one can help. Let it make sense. I will be look for another bank.

Ive been with Space city for about a year and a half now, I can honestly say that today was the best service i've had since ive been a member with them. Ms. Natalie and Ms. Andrea are both very sweet, knowledgeable and understanding. They helped me with tips I didn't know about, also helped me find different ways to better my future. It is much appreciated. I came in highly irritated but by the time I left, my mood did a complete 360. Thank you ladies again!

I have been with space city for a couple of years! I am a member and have my auto loans with them. Laura is so helpful and knowledgeable! She is truly the best at what she does! I totally recommend it. Also, keeping in mind that they are a small/local CU but get the job done!
