Veronica was so helpful. Knew right away what I needed and was able to get me put on the auto payment so I don’t forget to make the payment every month. She even helped me find a larger space next to my unit so I could transfer easily from the smaller space to the larger one with out having to switch floors. She was so nice and very helpful and efficient. Two thumbs up for her.

Looking to contact management as our space in the lease will not work. It is tucked in a corner with a 3 ft door. We need a new location

Terrible experience. Charged my $500 for a cleaning fee. I never even canceled my unit! Was asked to speak to a manager, would not transfer me, call center just stated they would have someone call. We chose this location due to convenience. But, the customer service is absolutely terrible.

I have had problems with sparebox in the past. It’s truly a hit or miss with customer service. The gentleman I worked with was Sadiki and he was great. He answered my questions and was able to resolve my questions and hesitations clearly.

I called to cancel a unit.
Chelsie confirmed information, and then courteously confirmed this done, and billing was canceled.

I would like to personally "thank" Romanio for his expertise in upgrading our storage unit. It was a seamless transaction.

Great deals on storage! Especially if you’re moving within a month, the units located here are extremely easy to access and the low cost can’t be beat. Highly recommended
