I am a home builder. My experience with Spark Title has been great. There is always someone available to address any questions, and the Qualia app is a great way for me to keep up with everything that is going on. The mobile notary coming to my home was nice also. Highly recommend Spark Title and Listing Spark

I'm an investor and I buy and sell a lot of houses. I have dealt with MANY title companies and it is usually a mess. Voice mails and e-mails that are not responded to in a timely manner. Constantly having to prod them along to get their stuff done. Always missing closing dates because they waited too long to do something they should have done weeks earlier.

I was referred to Spark Title and just sold a property through them. Their online portal is awesome. They get stuff done quickly. They respond to you almost immediately when you use the chat in their online portal. Remote video notary closings so you never have to leave your home or office. It exceeded any experience I have ever had with a title company. If future experiences are even close to this efficient, I will never be using another title company in Texas. After dozens of frustrating experiences with other title companies, I am so glad I found Spark Title. I hope they are able to keep this level of service and efficiency going forward!

To be an out of town title company, your systems of communication, pricing, doc prep and delivery of docs throughout the process, reminders for things needed and closing signature setup was superb. I was leary to close with Spark Title because I had heard other realtors tell me they had problems in the past when you first opened, but now that you have changed up your model and put systems in place for every single thing, I would say as a long time investor with lots of closing at lots of different title companies all over the DFW area, Spark Title is more on top of their game than most companies out there. The only companies that compare to you guys are charging a lot more than you are. Thanks for a smooth close and great experience. You will be my go to from now on along with Listing Spark as my listing broker which I have been using for years now.
