I came to Sparkle Nails with some friends. They did GREAT in the mani and they did great on the SNS. It's been quite a while since I've taken the time to care for my nails. I have been searching for a great nail salon and Sparkle Nails is now my forever place. I got a fancier set than normal and the prices are always reasonable. Nail techs are amazing and its very safe to go. The salon's dedication to providing a positive experience is evident in every interaction. I’m so mad I didn’t know about Sparkle Nails sooner. My gel nails always look natural, not thick I always leave satisfied. I have been looking for a new nail salon since I moved this area several months ago. The staff members are highly skilled and knowledgeable, ensuring you receive top-notch service.

I came to this salon to enjoy my day off. I wanted a regular mani-pedi done. I got sat in a chair that it was broken. I couldn’t enjoy my pedicure because the chair was making this horrible noice when I turn on the massage feature. Water for the pedicure was cold, lady said because it was beginning of the day and they needed to wait to get hot water smh. Despite all this she went ahead and start doing my pedicure, didn’t offer to move chairs or anything else. At this moment I was already disappointed. She went too hard to clean my nails that my toe starting bleeding and she tried to hide it putting my foot back in the cold water (I didn’t say anything). I also notice that they don’t sanitize their tools at all. She was using the same for the new lady that came after me. This threw me off. This place it’s super unsanitary in many ways. I was very disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. There’s sooo many spots that are better than this place. I just wanted to come here because it’s 4 min from my house and I wanted to give it a try. If you are searching for a new salon I wouldn’t recommend this place. I didn’t say how upset I was because I don’t like to argue I just won’t be back. Oh! Also I forgot that when I was in the process of drying my hands and feet the lady reach out to my wallet to ask me to get my credit card to pay for my services, I told her I was going to pay cash and she’s like “I can get the money and open my wallet again. This moment was so uncomfortable because who does this? Horrible experience.

Every time I have gotten my nails done here it’s been extremely busy but the nail techs still took their time and did an incredible time. Finally found a place to get my nails done again. I recommend this salon 100% The nail technicians at this salon are always so gentle when removing gel polish or acrylics. Super nice and friendly service.

Loved the visit. They have all the colors and options you could want. Got a deluxe pedicure and dip acrylic manicure with holo and love the results. Boyfriend got deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. Everyone is nice and does a great job. Cash discount I’ll remember for next time. Will definitely be back.
