If you wanna be screwed over, have your items damaged, and deal with people that have 0 customer service or any sort of professional business conduct you’ve found the perfect place in Burleson.

I’m appalled that I’ve dealt with them about a single item I had dry cleaned by them for $80 that was obviously completely RUINED when returned to me. In no way was it the same condition that I dropped it off. I picked up the item May 1st and it’s June 13 and I still don’t have a refund or a replaced item AFTER I was told in writing that would be the end result.

Long story short…It’s been 8 WEEKS since I dropped the item off, continuous phone calls, multiple left messages, 6 in person visits to the store and I STILL don’t have proper service. I haven’t even been able to the talk to the owner or manager-Justin since all this happened. If you can’t dry clean something and return it better than when it was dropped off-I. E. THE PURPOSE OF DRY CLEANING- then don’t say you can do it.

If you want to conduct business with people who wanna waste your time, steal your money, and are scared to be honest. Go ahead and support this shady business.

Completely and utterly embarrassed by these people. 2 months of back and forth communication and a small town family owned business can’t even uphold their “values”.

This place is pathetic.

I gave him an alteration that needed to be done, he stated he could get it done and would contact me when it was finished. Over 2 weeks went by and I called he stated it hadn't been completed yet, but he meant to call to tell me it would cost $20. I stated that's fine and left him my number. A couple more weeks went by. I called he said he meant to call me, but something came up and he wasn't able to get it done yet. He stated he would figure something out. Couple more weeks went by. I went to the store. He couldn't find my items. He stated he would find it and have it ready to be returned the next day, bc he was unable to get it done. The next morning they were still not found. I came in a week later, he still hadn't called me. I showed up and he handed me my items as I handed it to him, still not fixed.

I will not be returning.

Excellence is the standard for customer service at this place of business. If you live in the neighborhood or just a few miles away this will the best dry cleaning/laundry experience you will ever have.

This was my first visit after the new owners and management. The service was very friendly and professional. Upon picking up my clothes, a young man delivered them directly to my car. I do recommend Spartan Dry Cleaners.

Do not use this place if you are om a time crunch with your clothes. I expressed the importance of needing my clothes turned around in 1 day. I called the evening before picking up my clothes and let them know I'd be in when they opened to grab my clothes. They could have told me then that they did not have them. I came in the next morning to find they did not get picked up at the plant they used in Crowley. They seemed annoyed when I asked to pick them up from Crowley on my way in to work and told me they would "call me back" when they called back almost 30 min later when they knew i was waitong for an answer, they did have my clothes at the store front. Upon picking them up the blonde lady had a very sour face and they were not apologetic. Just defensive and did not offer any discount for the tardiness of my clothes. I will not be using this location again and advise anyone who has time sensitive matters to avoid this place at all costs. I hate to be a Karen here but his put me in a huge bind. Lesson learned to not trust people to communicate correctly.

Everyone was very professional as well as friendly. They were very knowledgeable, and didn't mind answering all of my questions. Spartan Dry Cleaners is very affordable and I will be returning. I highly recommend this cleaners.

I have used this business for all my dry cleaning needs. The employees are friendly and the clothes are cleaned and pressed correctly and ready by the next day.

I recently switched to Spartan Dry Cleaners and not only did they do an amazing job on all of my suits and shirts they even carried it to my car! Truly the best in the business and very friendly!
