Spay Neuter Network reviews
16Well all i can say after reading some of the reviews i rather to loose 40 dollar than loosing my little tony blessings to everybody
Got my cat neutered from here a few days ago. He was in extreme pain and could not open his eyes for a whole day. I took him to the vet the next day and they found ulcers in both eyes. I went here for 3 pets and will not be coming back. Just beware.
The ladies here were so friendly and helpful. Our puppies were well cared for. They are a great team there.
I took my 4lb chihuahua to have spayed. I think they would remember her, she only has one eye. She is doing well. Still has collar only. It will be 2 weeks this coming Monday. She had excellent care, that I know of. Only needed pain med for 2 days. She did developed diarrhea that lasted almost a week. She lost weight. But has since recovered and eating better. Her suture line is healing with minimal seepage of serosanginous fluid. Overall I am impressed with the service, staff, and cost. The line gets long, so arrive early and wear a warm jacket, and blanket for your baby if needed. Thank you all for your service.
The representative on the phone was very cold and rude. How come some people don’t know what customer service means and they are still hired as a “customer service” person?
Very fair prices for the community. Brought in my Doberman for his annual Bordetella, Lepto & DAV2PPV, total $60. Staff made it a seam less process. All info is on their website so look there before calling for further questions.
What an awful customer service as soon u walked in the lady was making faces and she told me to wait a minute what an awful welcoming place. =/ sorry but that's the true.
So although this is a very affordable option, they definitely could make the process a little clearer.
We arrived at the correct place on time. Although it was a “transport” appointment, the place you meet this van happens to be right outside another place that provides the same services and has a sign saying “check in for surgeries. ” So, we went in to check in. Thinking if they’re taking your pet, you must need to check in and hand over the paperwork you pre-fill out prior to transport. During that few minutes it took for the other business to tell us they weren’t associated with the van outside, the van left.
We paid the $40 deposit (yes they indicate non refundable) each for three cats (one who wasn’t even ours but a stray because we wanted to help where we could) and they basically said sorry about your luck.
That was after trying to reach them from the second the van pulled away to four days later with no success.
Maybe put a big sign saying “Spay and Neuter Network check in and transport here” and have the driver on the look out for clients scheduled so it’s obvious because at this particular transport location the fact there’s another facility there with a surgery check in sign is misleading. And maybe have some grace for people who misunderstood the deceptive signage and location and at least let them reschedule without penalizing them the $120.
Do you have to have grace? No. But in a world where everyone’s just trying to make it you would think they could extend maybe just a little.
Well the main thing is my 2 kitties are doing great after their procedure but I was kind of nervous. I brought them in on a Friday with many other individuals and I believe the front desk was short an employee which brought a lot of unneeded stress for everyone involved. I don't know how much I paid for the cones, but it was a waste. I couldn't get it on my kittens and when I did they could get it off. I even tried to find a different one at PetSmart and Walmart and was unsuccessful. I will say after my experience, please do not leave that sweet woman alone at the front desk on a Friday again, she was a nervous wreck, which didn't help with all of us leaving our amazing sweet pets alone for an entire day. It made for some un needed nerves
Staff was super friendly and informative about after care for my little dog. Highly recommend
Super easy and 5 to 10 times cheaper than any other option I found. Definitely get there at least 15 minutes early for drop off and have the paperwork filled out beforehand. They seem to care about the animals because they require people who spay their cats to buy the pain medication.
Very affordable and professional. I was a bit worry because of the low cost but very happy with their service. My cat recovered quickly with no issues. I highly recommend.
The waiting time to vaccinate is completely ridiculous. The staff could be more friendly. If you don't like your job, you are in the wrong place.
As long as you read and follow all of the instructions, the drop-off and pick-up for the spay/ neuter operations are quick and seamless. My recommendation is to print out their paperwork at home, if possible, and bring it with you already filled out. If not, you will receive it there but will have to step out of line to fill it out.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. I will be bringing other kitties. They took very good care of Lola.
Thank you
