This is a 3rd party middleman that contracts with therapists. Overall they are very inefficient in processing claims, scheduling visits, getting in paperwork to physicians and making it to therapy appointment on time. Choose another provider. This company has quality issues.

I have been working here for over 5 years and I admire the support of my boss (Rene Felius). He is a man who is devoted at his job and is willing to help anyone. At Special Kids Care they offer an amazing health insurance that would take care of all your heath services. In the office I have created many friendships and connections with my co-workers that would last a life time. The last thing you need to know is that don't be shy, people around the office will help you build your confidence if you want a raise or if you want to quit.

Special Kids Care is a great place to work! All of the office staff and field staff work very hard to provide the best care possible in a very demanding, yet essential, line of work. I would recommend Special Kids Care to anyone needing home healthcare for their special child.

Some of the individual therapist may be good but overall this business is a mess. They act as a 3rd party between provider and patient but are very inefficient at their role. Delayed paper work, delayed approval, excuse after excuse on why they aren’t fulfilling their end of the arrangement and constantly late to appointment therapists. I would strongly suggest a different company.

Nothing but a waste of time. Spent over 3 months trying to get them to come out for my toddler son they took 2 months to come out and when they did the therapist was rude and condescending. She then told me to wait another month so the insurance could approve it. Just got a call telling me that insurance approved it but the therapist wont do it. No there reason other than therapist said she won’t do it. They gave me 0 resources from there. It was nothing but a waste of time.
