The owners have the most amazing and friendly customer service. Kevin is a very personable and professional business owner. Had issues with my wheel bearing and Kevin did an inspection and got me in right away to fix the issue. While fixing that issue he discovered that my rear breaks were almost metal on metal. So glad I went to them before it got worse. Highly recommended them for any auto repair needs!

My husband went here and talked with Kevin about a catalytic converter shield. After looking at the car, Kevin told him that because of the design of the car, it did not need one. My Daughter has been a victim of the ongoing catalytic converter thefts sweeping the nationThankfully Google pulled this Shop up and Kevin answered! I have never had any "good" experiences with regards to mechanics.until NOW! He is WELL versed in explaining the ins and outs of what to expect cost wise and goes out of the way to help you save money! I was honestly expecting the typical "there's LOTS more issues going on and to make my bill 3x more what it's worth" but NOOOOOOOOOO to my delight he actually SAVED me money. I asked him to do things to my Daughter's car since it has higher mileage but he reassured me everything is fine and no need to do something at this moment. I'm upset about the theft but boy am I sooooooooooo glad to have lucked out finding him! He is now on my speed dial and I'm comforted in knowing anymore issues arise I have an HONEST mechanic who KNOWS what he's doing and will give me the straight facts instead of blowing smoke trying to make a quick dollar! Least may I add each step of the way he called and let me know where he was in the process and advised me along the way of the cost and allowed me to approve the charges so there is no surprise in the end! I needed to get some repairs on my truck done before i could get my vehicle inspection. My truck needed a tune up and two motor mounts replaced. Kevin and his mechanics did a great job, Now my truck is driving great and has passed the inspection.

Went in because I had oil pressure light that kept coming on and off. And I also needed a state inspection. I had a bad oil pressure sensor that was also leaking out oil. They got the part replaced the same day.

First I want to say Thank You Kevin and crew- you told me I would notice a difference right away when I drove my Suv home- oh ya I did!
I was so impressed when my son brought his truck into Kevin's shop for an issue- but little did I know i would also being coming in a week later.

These trustworthy folks have worked on my fleet of vehicles for years. From small items to complete engine change-out, they can handle it all. Once we decided on a good used engine. After it was installed these folks didn't like it and made the seller take it back! Then they found a much better one and that vehicle is still on the road today as if nothing every happened.

Most of us are not mechanics, so we need someone trustworthy. Well.you've met them here. We've likely been going here for 10+ years. If it's not right, they will get it right. Specialized Truck & Auto is not in my neighborhood, but when I called to ask about installing a catalytic converter security shield, Kevin, the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was installed perfectly and his price was very fair. The receptionist Keeley and I became quick friends! She was very professional and made me feel very welcome in their family owned business.
