The worst specs I been to the old white tall man follow me and my girlfriend also I tried to complain to one of the managers… the African American one and she acting dumb and then I came back to speak to the store manager some short lady and she kinda blew the whole conversation off… horrible service never again

Me and my boyfriend went there to buy a bottle for a friend who is having a 21st birthday party and the second we went in there a tall white man with gray hair followed us throughout the entire store. I know we look like we are underage but we are over 21 so this was very uncomfortable, reading the rest of the reviews I see that he does this to everyone. Management needs to do something about him.

It is very uncomfortable shopping here. Workers are following us everywhere. This needs to be addressed because I shop here quite often.

Very bad customer service I have my valid ID I am over 21 and they did not want to sell me they made me waste my time I do not recommend them racist place

It’s good to know I’m not the only one absolutely uncomfortable by the old tall white man following them around the store. I’m a tiny female, no more than 5’1, and this was my first time in the store. The guy was on my hip the second I walked in the store. It was so uncomfortable that I just took his selections and b-lined for checkout because if I said no or idled while I spoke to my boyfriend on the phone (who is a bartender…) about what I should get, he was legitimately right behind me exclaiming “he doesn’t know what he’s talking about… get this”. I had headphones in! The entire 20 minutes I was there I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I’ll never return.

Great staff and quick checkout time
Busy Friday rush hour and was in and out in timely matter. Will return to that location, had a hard to find whiskey I was looking for so thanks for that

Crystal was highly aggressive when helping us today. She engaged in negative feedback, hostile tones and constant interruptions when we spoke to her manager. I have never seen such disrespect to not only patrons, but the management staff.

The manager was apologetic and receptive.

I had a problem with a wrong price and Niles helped me with the best attitude and customer service! He was so polite and friendly from the first time. Also a older guy (he was on his 50’s, long hair) helped me finding the rum and items that I wanted, excellent service too!

Friendly knowledgeable customer service and a wide variety or liquor wine and beer. The lines only get long when you wait till last min ‍️

Was on a hunting for specific bottle and after calling and visiting multiple stores and competitors this was the only store in houston I found that had it.

Excellent choice of the usual wares with a very nice selection of top self spirits to purvey. Clean store and knowledgeable, friendly staff make a visit well with your while.

The worst Spec’s location in Houston. Customer service was so terrible by cashiers and store organization was so cluttered, employees unboxing items in the way of customers caused the exit to be blocked with no regard for customers from employees. The only welcoming person in store was the greeter/sample provider at the front of the store, but the shopping experience was severely subpar afterwards (8/12/22).

Awesome place.our family was in Houston Texas on a vacation and I decided to check it out.they have everything you could want. I wished VA would get one.and they give you an 5% discount on most items if you pay with debit, check or cash.

I work at a Spec's and this location here were on point! Everyone here was friendly and fast at checking everyone out. They also received overtime which is a plus.
