Anyone I talk to on the phone that works with spectrum is always so nice and helpful but anyone I've encountered at this store has been extremely rude and don't allow you to ask questions unless your first on the list interactions like these make me not feel valued as a spectrum customer and make me not want to continue service everyone at this store needs a brush up on good customer service

Always friendly knowledgeable and courteous. I change my equipment there periodically. Has phone sales now and bill pay kiosks. Can become a little busy but I have not had to wait more than 15 minutes before service. Across from Irving Mall in Hooter's lot. Parking lot is going to be busy

You can’t do anything in the store. Always told to call. When you call, they send you to the store.

They have been to my house 4times to fix the same problem and they can't get it right. And the last appointment the were over an hour late and they called so I told them to cancel it cause they lied. If there was another company that had cable I would change. Not dish cause they are worse. What ever happen to quality? And companies taking pride in there job?

I received incorrect equipment with my self install kit, and needed to swap equipment at the store. I checked in at the kiosk, was seen 5 minutes later, and was out of there with the correct equipment 5 minutes after that. Jennifer was so friendly and quick at diagnosing my issue and solving it, and was professional every step of the way. They have implemented socially distanced waiting areas with hand sanitizer for COVID prevention, which was also appreciated. Thanks for being clean and efficient!

COVID precautions aside.while the staff seems competent, they appear to be in no hurry. To see them, you must make an appointment and unfortunately, while you can purchase phones from them, in bundle packages, they really don't or won't service them, leaving you to ship your phone to SAMSUNG for any issues, you might have. Not sure about you, but I can't go without a phone for 3 weeks, while SAMSUNG figures things out! And SPECTRUM does not offer loaner phones or any other kind of alternative. I had to buy a cheapie phone, (which I will return), just to get by, until my $1200.00 phone gets repaired under warranty

I just needed to drop off equipment but the wait was over a hour? No covid thanks. I was able to return both my Amazon item at kohl’s and the spectrum equipment at UPS in less than 30 min.

My BF went to pick up his equipment I had made him an appointment for 4: 20pm. They couldn't find his order but the associate Dee helped him out. She was very talkative and very efficient. He was out in about 15min, he said Dee kept apologizing to him for the delay.

Unlike other reviews I've read, I had no wait.you can even schedule ahead of time if you are worried that there might be a delay. Very easy and fast.

Slow customer service, technicians are not very knowledgable, internet disconnects constantly.

DeLeon is the man, he got me hooked up in less than 10 minutes. The wait time depends on when you go honestly.

My experience here overall was quick and stress free, if the rates didnt skyrocket i probably would have stayed as the service provided was hassle free.but.ohwell.quick stop, very clean and cool inside

Grossly over priced TV. Made no effort to keep our business after three years of service. Bill had almost trippled in the three years. Went with Hulu Live. Lost some channels, but saving almost $200 a month. New customers get a single reasonable price but increases rapidly. Internet service is Ok.

This is my first time to Spectrum store. The lady named Kayala understood my spectrum plan needs clearly and she guided me and helped me well. The front desk customer service guy is also helpful. Thank you Spectrum for such wonderful helpful friendly staff.

I had an exceptional experience with knowledgeable representatives, and a clean store. Keyana assisted me today and I must say that they need more individuals of her caliber working at other locations or at least make a clone of her and send her to other locations lol. I left with the help I needed and a difference view of spectrum as a whole!

Shady billing practices. We have auto-pay set up and it has been on file for over 2 months. They called me twice threatening to disconnect my services. If the money is there and on file, process it. It's not my problem when you decide to run the payment. They somehow ended up blaming me for the whole ordeal. Poor customer service and billing is entirely questionable.
