I was greeted immediately upon entering by a Spectrum employee who took care of my order. Quick and efficient service.
The manager or supervisor that was called to the counter to assist with my account was HORRIBLE! She lacks basic understanding, communication, listening, and reasoning skills. I went in to pay off an old account and I guess she didn't understand that. She began to argue with the other csr about how to handle the situation saying, "he just needs to pay his bill. " That's exactly what I was there to do but she assumed I was trying to get out of paying the remaining balance and began to catch an attitude INSTANTLY! The csr next to us looked at me like, "she's always like that. " She needs to be demoted and put in the back folding boxes! Smh
They sent me to the wrong place to return the modem and router, should be UPS but they sent me to FEDEX
After being on the phone with Spectrum a week ago verifying that my husband was on the account and could pick up his self activation kit, he went to this store to get it for our new apartment. Rebecca at the counter told him that he was not on the account and could not pick up the equipment. I then called my husband and had him ask her if there was any way I could verify the account, provide a security code or maybe call the store directly so he could take it home. She then said "No you will have to call customer service and pick it up later. " My husband then tried to ask her other questions and she pulled out her personal phone and started responding to texts right in front of him as if he was completely irrelevant. I called customer service where they then told me that my husband could have provided the security key which I had ON HAND if she had asked for it. My husband then went back to get the equipment. Phillip was the one to help him the second time around and was SO NICE AND HELPFUL towards my husband. I wish I could give Phillip a separate rating for being so good to us. Not a good way to start service with you guys! I hope if I have a problem in the future it isn't treated with such a lack of care.
Much better service all around since Spectrum took over from Time Warner. The associate who helped me is Jaylon Easter, who was friendly and professional. He was responsive to all our concerns and made buying mobile services an enjoyable experience.
This was the quickest easiest experience I've ever had at a spectrum. It was never this easy when it was Time Warner.
The worst experience ever, disasterous service and most terrible staff on Earth. This Spectrum center on Alma drive in Plano should be used as an example of how not to do business.
Ill-mannered and less than informed staff with careless supervisors are what I got on top of the ever-changing spectrum product. To me, the product and the service I was provided redefine the meaning if WORTHLESS
Never had as satisfying and quick customer service in my life from a cable company. These guys are great and I look forward to continuing using their services.
Went at lunch on a Thursday to return some equipment, In and Out in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly staff.
I just had the most pleasant experience here. All of the gentleman working at the store were so friendly. I was helped by Tim, who helped me and adjusted my payment accordingly when hearing the customer support number had told me the wrong date of cancellation. He was so kind, and made things so easy. I’ll definitely be back at this location because of him.
Good place. I was in and out in a heart beat even with a line big enough to fill more then there seats.

I once got handed extra equipment by a sales rep that I did not even need. Ended up having to go back and wait in line again just to return this.
Spectrum just sent an email advertising an upgrade to "wifi". This is a scam. No one needs to pay for wifi extra if you already have cable internet.

I loved Levi! He was such an amazing sales rep! Really friendly place and atmosphere, he was very helpful and easy to talk to. We signed up online but he adjusted our account and got us a better price with a little more than what we signed up for.
Didn't have to wait long to have internet service transferred to a new address. Great service from Tametra.
Located in a strip center, there was easy parking just outside the door. Checked in and waited less than 5 minutes to be called. Very quick, clean and painless unlike the last time I went in for an equipment exchange a couple years ago when I was dealing with Time Warner Cable. Now that was a nightmare.
I walked in with a pre-paid package through my apartment just to pick up my cable box, modem, and router, and I couldn't have asked the experience to be any better.
