This place is horrible guy told me they work off commission and basically didn’t want to help horrible customer service. I wish I would of got the reps name. Stay away do everything over customer service and just pick up the equipment there.

These people lost a modem I returned over a year ago and because of them losing the modem a year later I'm still being charged for and they will NOT issue any services to my address if the modem isn't played for or returned.such sloppy work!

Cancelled my service. It's a RIP off the prices they charge. It was better when it was TWC. There's always a catch and they don't care about there existing customers, just the new ones there trying to get. That's why there loosing so many old customers. The company should take care of there existing customers as well as new ones.

Got there at 9am 10 people in front of me you sign in on ipad and wait for your name to be called took 30min alltogether to return equipment. Friendly employees.

Always too many customers and never enough service representatives. At least have more seating and refreshments for the over 30 minute wait

The guy was scheduled to come at 5pm and he came at 6pm saying he was scheduled that time when i said no it was at 5pm he looked at his schedule and realized he was wrong. Its no wonder he was late after he was supposed to leave he lasted an hour sitting in his vehicle outside my home.

Today my family switched from Dish to Spectrum. A couple guys came to my house to set everything up. They took off without explaining anything they did. Now my cable is garbage & I have no wifi connection. I’ve never had an experience this terrible from any other cable company.

The service is good. However, if you need to go into the office for anything, they never have enough representatives. Today I went in at 3: 30, and waited an hour as they had only 3 reps helping people and 30 people in the store.

The staff is very helpful but the wait time is terrible. I'm sure others have suggested fixes but the manager seriously needs to consider simplifying the method of exchanging and/or returning equipment for customers that are there for only that purpose. 2 hour wait to get issued a newer cable box/dvr and router seems unnecessary.

Crowded and noisy but reasonably quick. There were 6 representatives and I was 20th in line. It took exactly 30 minutes to get to me and resolve my issue. I would have preferred if they had more chairs available.

Expect to wait at least an hour here. They need more people attending the customers. Also the problem here in the valley is that for Internet they have the monopoly so you don't have other options rather that being with them.
