28Beverly H.of the WestCreek Homeowners Association provided a very professional and timely response to my PIA needs.
WARNING!
Advice before you deal
with this company
They are a joke when it comes to their debt, I always pay a year in advance but I forget to pay lool good luck with fees they even send you a fedex packing that cost them no more then $10 to send and charge toy $70 late fees for it.ridiculous and they have been drastically raising their prices from 87/quarter to 120. Looks like a hungry company that newly got in the market.greedy and unprofessional. Tbeie service is trash to top it off.
As as officer of an HOA, I have found Spectrum to be incredibly professional and responsive. We recently had some legal issues. Samantha Brown took charge, contacted our insurance carrier, contacted a fantastic legal team and had the entire process under control within a few days. She gets 5 stars!
Dealing with your HOA is never fun, but Tyrone Pringle in the San Antonio office made sure it was as painless as it could be when we submitted an improvement request. With his help, the approval for the project was granted quickly and without the need for any back and forth.
They are horrible.they charge fees 11 months later for no reason.make you call back multiple times for access to an account that is yours already.ridiculous terrible experience
Spectrum Association Management in San Antonio (NO GOOD) stay away replace who ever is in charge of Lost Creek. Boerne TX, need to be reassigned to another area, at least the last HOA kept up with our payments.and they where terrible. This management team is worse. They don't deserve one star, but i can't post without minimum of one star.
I had a pretty good conversation with Rosemary. It took me nearly 30 minutes on hold, but it was lunchtime, and I'm familiar with Spectrum's work. Not too bad. Once you make it to a human, they all seem pretty competent. Only time will tell.
Mike Hunsucker has been a great addition to the Villages of Westcreek. Mike makes the communities issues his issues, and manages VWOA as if it were his own property. We are lucky to have such a dedicated manager.
Community manager Karla goes over and above to assist residents in the neighborhood with their needs and concerns.
Erica Chen assisted us with getting the ACC approval on painting the exterior of our house. We used the online process to complete the request and was able to provide all the data electrically. We received the approval within one day of submitting everything. Thank you Erica!
I emailed the HOA with a concern and Mackenzie Werth, Community Manager was quick to respond with a solution. The HOA was very understanding of my situation and I appreciate the quality service. Thanks for keeping the lines of communication open.
Chatted with Rosemary online regarding a billing issue. She was super polite, friendly, and professional. Answered every question, and even went above and beyond her duties by sending a follow-up email! Best interaction to date with Spectrum!
Ms. Mackenzie Werth had always responded in a very professional & timely manner to my inquiries/problems each time I communicated with her. I found her to be very knowledgeable in her line of work. Our community is fortunate to have a courteous, friendly & helpful Community Manager. She's an asset to the association.
I was working with the Spectrum Association for my Solar System approval. Tyrik Green saw my application and reached me via email the same day with the approved letter. I was expecting 3 to 4 weeks. However, It happened so fast in a day and I didnt even believe that was real. Thank you Tyrik!
We had a great experience with Ms Hammonds who was very patient and professional informing us of all the required paperwork and how the process works when requesting a home improvement from HOA under Spectrum. Thank You!
Patty has been an absolute asset to our community. She responds promptly and efficiently with a helpful attitude. Spectrum is lucky to have her!

I emailed Spectrum for approval for solar screens for my home. I received a reply the following day. I did not expect to receive such a fast turn around with a response for my request. I have worked with them on other issues and have always had a quick response. They work fast to resolve issues. Thank you Caley Richardson for processing my request for solar screens in a timely and efficient manner. It was greatly appreciated.
