You’re better off just wasting the gas and driving there…. Because they will never answer the phone.you call and wait 45 minutes and still get nobody

Terrible service, they don't give you a temporary debit card, I opened a checking account and it's been more than two weeks and I haven't received the debit card, they only have one branch here in El Paso, they don't have an ATM where you can withdraw money without They charge you, I call customer service and they never answer, let alone call you back. I'm going to close the account.
