Spectrum Dallas reviews
13Low prices on cable low prices on cell phones they good for people give you the good price
Every month it goes out for HOURS at a time. We pay our bill on time
No wonder ya'll s rating is a 3.3
Warning do not ever buy a cell phone through spectrum mobile. They are a scam. They sell you lemons. They are rip off and it's too many third party blaming each other punch. Something goes wrong and not covering the phone that needs to be fixed. My phone was hacked. My serial numbers were scratched off and I don't even know how to open the phone.
With the reviews I've read, I was skeptical on customer service but I had a great and fast experience with Ali, he was very helpful and would definitely come to this location again. Thank you
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION FROM THE MANAGER TO THE EMPLOYEES THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE TO WORK! THERE ATTITUDE AND FALSE INFORMATION. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND SPECTRUM MOBILE OR CABLE TO ANYONE. THEY GET ZERO STARS
Worse than an ex who won't let you go!
This company decided to shut off my service before making sure my paid off phone was unlocked. Now because of their error, I have to wait an unknown amount of days to go without phone service at all. They don't care I have to be available at my phone 24/7. They don't care that I'm paying for the rest of the month, and they won't provide the service I'm paying for. They don't care I need my phone as I have travels plans out of state and need to be able to use my phone for calls or a map. Payphones don't exist any more. Places like Walmart might have a map, and that's a huge maybe because people have phones and access to the internet.
I paid for the month of Dec, and I'm not getting what I paid for. They don't care it's their fault, and they don't plan on doing a thing about it.
If you travel out of DFW, you will NOT have service. If you move away from DFW, even an hr away, there are no in person options. IF their app works (big if), you might be able to reach their customer service. And good luck if you get through on the phone line!
I wish I never signed up with them! Now I will wait several days (I hope it's only several days) with a phone I paid off and they are holding hostage. Just like an ex who won't let you go!
It was very slow to return my equipment. I went in the morning and there was a line of 4 people. The employees take their time like customers don’t exist (See photos) The only person that took any initiative was the store manager, Alfred. You’ve been warned!
This place is a joke. Their queue system is ridiculous. I needed to pick up my modem, which should've taken 5 minutes, but they only have two people in the store and they're both moving slower than snails.
Horrible customer service. Maria was theeee RUDEST! Absolutely disgusting behavior from a customer service representative. If I had another service in my area I would’ve cancel today based on the interaction I had with Maria.
MARIA is super rude. No help what so ever. She hates her job. Take her off the floor. Literally sent my brand new iPhone to an address that isn’t mine and said there’s nothing she could do. Told me to call 611 and when I asked her her name she grabbed her name tag and flashed it with a sarcastic smile. Wouldn’t recommend this location/maria.
No one cares to use an app to manage their wifi. Your are hated by IT professionals everywhere.
Very understaff, I did everything via phone and only needed to pick up my system which took me over 45 mins.
Alyssa is literally the best. She was fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Hella recommend
