8Terrible customer service and the technology is ten years behind AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile. Do not go anywhere near these people or this store!
If I could give them zero stars I would. We have been trying for a month to get service set up at our home. The original date was August 7th. We are supposed to have a pre burial done that was on the 18th of August. Since then it has been crickets from them and the crew meant to come out and do the burial. (It is now September 6th) We have called every day since the 18th and nothing has been done. We even personally texted and called the dig crew leader just to be ignored. I do school online and we were assured that the internet would be set up before we moved in. That was 3 weeks ago. My finals are this Sunday and I am having to drive an hour out of town to a friend's house just to use their service. Pretty unprofessional. Very disappointing. Not to mention when my husband told the tech "my wife is more upset than I am because she takes school online" the tech said "I understand I am married too" what does that mean? I'm not upset because I can't watch "my stories" I'm upset because I'm paying for school i cant take without internet services.
Everything was good till I got home and discovered that there was no charging cord or transformer to charge my phone. What the hell?
Went and cancel my account last September and got billed until Febuary not good at all then called and cancelled in Feb same thing horrible service!
I work night shift and it seems on every single one of my days off they have an outage, it’s getting ridiculous
Good store when you actually receive help, took me multiple trips, not one welcome to spectrum comment when people walk in. One employee tried to assume I only needed something fast while with a customer & then ignored me.
Made an appt and the service was fast. However, I didn't know what questions to ask, so when the tech came he explained things better to me and saved me big $$$.
