Love their bags!
I have been a spectrum customer for 4+ years and have loved their service.
I definitely ask for a sling tote bag whenever I visit their store.

Down multiple days for 8 hours plus i work from home as an network admin.they credited me 20$ for 8 hours of work they cost me in one instance i would look elsewhere if you need a reliable connection to do your job cus they cannot and will not take responsibility for a "service" I would advise use a 5g verizon hotspot or something other than spectrum

I must emphasize this rating is not towards this store’s employees. This rating is simply towards Spectrum, in Frisco.

DO NOT JOIN SPECTRUM!

My family uses spectrum as an internet provider and so does my place of work. DAILY, both my place of work and my home suffer internet problems multiple times a week. No joke, I have worked 5 shifts in the LAST MONTH where our internet is out for hours at a time. Only to come home to the same problem! Just today our internet was out for 8+ at my work place. While my household is going on 13+ hours without internet today!

Well Spectrum, I can’t tell you how many “technicians” have come out to both locations. None of them have done anything to fix the problem.

Worst provider i’ve dealt with.

Store can't be reached. Routes you through their 800 number routine. A simple question about returning equipment and I'm waiting for a 20 minute call back. Spectrum is garbage. We literally have to reset our router every morning. Not worth what you pay for.

I returned equipment today @12: 40 but left without a return confirmation receipt. I don’t know why I wasn’t offered one. I know it’s my fault for not making sure to get one. I called spectrum and they don’t have anything in their system of my returned equipment so I still owe over $300 for it. I’ll have to go back to the store to get a receipt because there is no way to contact the store. Very frustrating! Especially when you have kids with you.

In the store: A single employee behind the counter. FIFO regardless of situation. Neither triage nor need by incoming customer service. The single employee was dealing as best she could.

I went there because the Spectrum home visit tech told me to “go exchange this box for a new one. ”

This visit took >1 + hours because of the entry process.

They gave the the wrong router 2 times.technician had to return for time number three to get correct router. Unprofessional and trying to sell me on extra services each time

I went into Spectrum Frisco on 05/25/2023 due to a cellular date issue on my Iphone. Ricardo assisted me during my time at this location. He was so personable and patient with me. We discovered that my Iphone needed to be replaced with a new phone. Craig his fellow colleague was also wonderful. Both gentleman encompassed what great customer service was all about! Both gentleman made my time their comfortable. I highly recommend both guys to service you. Thanks so much for all the help!

Craig Fofang is incredible. He greeted me almost instantly from his station across the store and made me immediately feel at ease. I had never met Craig Fofang before but within minutes he made me feel like we had known each other for years. He was extremely confident and knowledgeable about the newest technologies and helped me set up a new line. In fact because of how easy he was to work with I came back the next week and transferred my Metro PCS line over to Spectrum after nearly 20 years as one of their customers. He even helped my trade in my Metro PCS phone for a new Samsung S23 Ultra. Thank you Craig and I will refer all my friends to you. From Frisco, Tx

Absolutely amazing experience at this Spectrum store! We came in after I hadn't had phone service for 4 days trying to switch to another company called Visible. Fran helped us and she was the best! What took Visible 4 days to never do, Fran was able to set me up on the account and fully activate my service in less than 30 minutes. Shae also helped my boyfriend with his phone screen issues and how to file a claim with insurance and look into our internet services. Thank you for all your help Fran, we are so thankful for getting to work with you on Saturday (4/22).

Craig Fofang from this store has been exceptional in helping setup my Spectrum internet/tv services for my new home. He talked me through setup, and even helped me resolve issues with a faulty modem/router as well as assisted in getting my internet upgraded. Top notch customer service!

Spectrum services are very good, but this store in particular is great. I have come here on multiple occasions and have always received outstanding services from Fran. She is very knowledgeable about Spectrum internet, TV and mobile services. What a great attitude and customer focused approach she has! I really appreciate the way all my issues were handled with thorough, professional and proactive follow up until fully resolved.

I don't know why everyone is complaining about Spectrum Cable. All cable services provide inexpensive products in the beginning and always raise the price 12 months later. I had Spectrum TV, Internet, and a land-line phone (I used for a fax business line) for many years in Dallas before moving to Frisco in 2019. I did have some services issues as time went by, but all cable providers have issues, especially when the price continues to rise. Overall, my experience with Spectrum has been very good, and I wish I could have them again.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck with the WORST CABLE SERVICE in the business. Have you ever heard of Astound Broadband powered by Grande (aka Grande Communications) ? If you haven't, feel lucky. If you have, run for the border. Or you can end up like me and move into an apt complex (Wade Crossing Apt Homes) that's exclusively Grande Communications. My suggestion is to ask before you sign your lease. It'll save you hundreds of dollars and plenty of unnecessary mental anguish.
Here are some of the tricks Astound Broadband does to its customers. Initially, my 92-year-old mother called to set up service before I landed here as her caregiver. They gave her the service she requested but failed to let her know that the items she wanted overlapped the basic service with the same channels. Initial price: $200 per month. A year later, I moved in. I could not get a good wifi (with 300Mbps advertised speed) connection in my bedroom, only one wall away from the router. I called to troubleshoot the service via their internet dept, which Spectrum would do for me anytime I asked over the phone, and was told I would have to make an appointment for a technician to come out. A week later, he compared his laptop to mine. His speed: 275 Mbps. My speed: 58 Mbps. His diagnosis and a $250 charge for the service call were that it must be my laptop. Two years later, I use AT&T Streaming service and attempted to use their 5G internet service, but l did not get good reception in a lower floor apt in a 3 story complex. So, I'm stuck with Astound Broadband for the third time until I can get out of this black hole, and the price changes every month by $3 give or take from the original price 3 months into this round of service. BTW, I have never had anything close to Astound Broadband's advertised speed EVER.

If you see my ole' buddy Spectrum, please tell him I look forward to the day I'm able to sign with Spectrum again.

I have been a Spectrum customer for a while and have always received good service but on New Years Eve, received some of the best from Jasmine J. She was not only knowledgeable and friendly but fast and extremely patient. I had trouble transferring my old phone info and activating my new phone. Jasmine was able to handle this and manage to care for her other customers that came with a great attitude. She really made my day.
