7Was told to pay a certain amount to get internet back on, waited an hour and went back up to be told that there is now a $30 fee because they had to set me up as a 'new' account
Great experience here. Sometimes getting a new phone is so hard and they made it very simple. We didn't have to wait long at all. Great selection of phones and I love their monthly plan too.
Jessica is always a huge help and goes out of her way to make sure my issue is resolved. She is the best and my go to for Orange location.
Sadly this place was a fiasco; the representative Jessica was a horror show however the manager was awesome she rectified problems that she could and offered amicable Solutions however I'm sadly not going to return to the store because I do not like the way that I was being treated or talked to buy Jessica and one of the representatives in the store and I do not spend my money or pay my bills where the customer service lacks professionalism
Very disappointed that you can't just drop off your equipment in a spot and go.had wait 25 mins just to drop off a box. Kids in car. Have One area for one thing. To much going on in one store.
New to area and they fixed us right up with what was needed. No Hassell they come out when they said they were coming and all is good.
The people at the Orange location is very friendly and helpful and trying to figure out what your problem is to fix it exit or just to pay your bill
