Jahan is a rock star! A couple of days ago I stopped by at the store to help my friends trade in their phone and get a new one. They were particularly interested in the ongoing promotion and discounts. I must say we weren't easy customers, there was a language barrier so most of the time I would translate to my friends what Jahan was saying so it was taking some time. We had lots of questions, not going to lie.

I will repeat myself - Jahan is a rock star. She is so patient, polite, knows the system, knows how to talk to people, she went above and beyond to get my friends what they needed. In my eyes, she is the definition of an impeccable employee. And deserves a huge raise and a promotion.
I am so grateful we got to work with her!

Jahan impressed me with her professionalism and with how precise her answers were. She did everything in her power to help my friends who just moved to the US and have just started learning their way around this country.

Bad Customer Experience, On disconnection, Spectrum is charging full month bill rather on a prorated basis unlike other internet provider.

Great customer service. I went in, wanting to upgrade my cell phone to the newest iPhone, and the guy who helped me out, was really nice. I remember his last name started with an M, he wore glasses, and he was funny. Check out was fast, all the questions I had about my new iPhone or answered, very adequately. I left a happy customer.

John and Palti were so incredibly patient and helpful with me. Helped me get my rate down so I could trade in my existing phone for a new one. Its rare you receive this kind of customer service anymore. Hats off to them both! Many Thanks!

Everett was patient and understanding. I was so annoyed and frustrated with the service I received. He made sure to handle my issues before I left the store.

After explaining my issue, I was given new, updated equipment to replace my original equipment. The Spectrum service person said that if I had any issues with switching out the equipment, to call customer service.

Update: After 1+ weeks trying to configure my TV and new equipment, I called customer service. After a few minutes, I was transferred to a live person. Gene (no last name) spent 1.5 hrs on the phone, walking me through multiple cable connections, for both cable TV, Smart TV capabilities, and l reinstalling my landline telephone. Gene was amazing and I thanked him multiple times.

Went to Spectrum to change service from another carrier. John helped me and he was really great, very patient as I know nothing about how to do this. He spent all the time I needed, which was considerable, and I have had no problems with my new “set-up”. The store was hard for me to find, but the service was excellent.

Customer service… very friendly & helpful. But only 2! Took forever. People cutting in line. Absolutely ridiculous and I am so over spectrum cable and their high rates! Waited 2 hours just to pay a bill!

Spectrum internet is the worse internet I’ve ever had. Constant disconnections, support spend half an hour for stupid advises like restart your router and suggest to invite a technician after that

Employees are very nice here, but you may need to wait for over 30mins just to droping off the device, spectrum really needs to get more hand on deck during busy hours

Special thanks to Paula (the manager) and sales specialist rep, John's efforts, I left the store with a sense of confidence in my choices and a feeling that my business was genuinely valued. Spectrum's service, along with their exceptional team, has left a lasting positive impression on me. I highly recommend visiting this location of Spectrum, and I can't thank Paula and John enough for their outstanding assistance.

Explained to Carlos that I moved and was returning my old equipment and they sent me an extra modem. Carlos became agitated with me haveI g to take deep breaths and talking to me like I was the most stupidest person on the planet. “Yea sure okkkkkk” he 100% guaranteed I didn’t have internet or cable because I didn’t have 3 modems connected. Carlos even went as far as drawing a picture to explain how stupid I am that I had to return home and connect all 3 modems in order to have internet and cable even though I already had. Internet with 1 modem I had. But he 100% guaranteed I wasn’t connected. I came home called spectrum customer service and immediately the customer service rep knew what I was talking about and said I must return it because if not I’ll get charged and believes Carlos was confused and looking at the wrong account. So now I have to go back to return the equipment which I was I was trying to do today.

One of the worst stores across the country. Don't go unless you want to wait for more than 1 hr for returning an equipment which takes a minute. Their electronic queue sucks too, I got messages 30 mins before I got called saying I'm the next in queue, but in reality I was like 8th or 9th lol.

Don't go unless you want to waste time for nothing.
