Both of my children attend speech therapy with Ms Rachel. She has a wonderful heart for helping kids better communicate and she meets them where they are. I have literally seen her sit on the ground outside the clinic in 100 degree temperatures to conduct a therapy session with my autistic child who was having a meltdown and didn’t want to attend that day. But, by the end of the session he was saying he didn’t want speech therapy to be over so soon!

We are loving this place! My kid is very excited to go to speech and leaning a lot. I am impressed that the speech therapist is able to make the sessions fun, incorporating my kid's interests, and being effective at the same time.
The front office is very friendly and helpful as well!

We have been coming here for 3 years now with my son. He has come leaps and bounds with the help from this clinic and our awesome therapist Ms. Rachel! Even if she has to be out (hardly ever) I know my son will still have a great session with any of the therapists:)

To say that I am grateful for being referred to this incredible establishment would be an understatement. From the moment I reached out, the team at the front desk exhibited a genuine interest in understanding my child's issues and ensuring that we were paired with the best therapist for our needs. Their attentiveness and willingness to listen made an instant positive impression on us.

We required both speech and food therapy for our child, and despite the longer commute to our therapist, I would willingly undertake it all over again without hesitation. The quality of care we received made every mile worth it.

Our therapist, Ms. Jenny, played an instrumental role in our journey. She not only helped us establish clear goals but also guided us in achieving them. She equipped us with tools and strategies to support our child's progress at home, maximizing the impact of our therapy sessions. The level of collaboration and understanding we shared with Ms. Jenny was vital in ensuring our child's success, and the entire company and its therapists are well aware of this fundamental aspect. My child thrived under their care, developing skills such as imitation, sign language, and even verbal communication. On a few occasions, we had the pleasure of meeting two other therapists who were equally phenomenal. They effortlessly put our child at ease, ensuring smooth appointments.

Regrettably, we had to transfer to a different location, Speech & Occupational Therapy of North Texas in Frisco, due to an additional diagnosis. However, I must highlight that our therapist, Ms. Jenny, played a pivotal role in helping us access further resources and assessments to support our child's needs. We dearly miss the Plano location team and the wonderful care they provided.

Nevertheless, our spirits were uplifted when we discovered that the Frisco location upheld the same level of care, attention, and expertise. Once again, we were met with a team that genuinely cared for our child's well-being and growth.

Overall, I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care we received from Speech & Occupational Therapy of North Texas. They truly exceeded our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch therapy for their children.

Speech & OT has been so great with my son who goes to both speech and occupational therapy. The therapists are so kind and patient. Everybody tells me my son's speech sounds so much better since we started.

I do have great experience with S[eech & Occupational Therapy of North Texas. My son has been with this clinic for about 2 years now. I see some improvedment, but still not my limit yet.

Both my kiddos attended speech sessions here, my daughter currently. Everyone is so friendly and Blake just loves going to speech with Ms. Rachel. She has made such great progress here. Highly recommend!

My son is almost 2 months in speech therapy with Rachel and we seeing improvement and I can tell that my son enjoy the therapy thanks for the help provided I really recommend this place for speech if your son/daughter is steuggling:)
