It is a terrible company in customer service. The whole period of the loan they sent letters and things by email and postal, but at the time of delivering a certificate of total payment or closing of the loan, they threw the ball between the customer service and the store, it seemed more the intention of not wanting deliver the support that everything is paid, strange behavior!

Es una pésima compañía en servicio al cliente. Todo el periodo del préstamo enviaron cartas y cosas por correo electrónico y postal, pero al momento de entregar un certificado de pago total o cierre del prestamo, se tiraron la pelota entre el servicio al cliente y la tienda, parecía más la intención de no querer entregar el soporte de que todo se pago, extraño comportamiento!

Decent service. You would think a company that charges 700% interest would be more enthusiastic about doing business with you.

Very unhelpful to me because it was approved after few days, and this was so late for me… I needed to fix things right away and free myself out of the stressful situation. This option was a waste of time definitely

I was thankful that speedy cash allowed me to get money for an emergency situation. The process was quick and simple. The only thing I wished was that the stuff was a little more friendly, it seemed like that they really didn't want to be there. Nonetheless, the main factor for me was getting approved for the money.

NICE EMPLOYEES AND THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24 HOURS. I LIVE A BLOCK UP THE STREET AND EVERY TIME I GO THAT WAY ITS OPEN

Bullshit people charge you everyweek on a $200 loan they took $50 out 3 weeks in a row when there only suppose to charge me once a month

Friendly and very helpful staff. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you understand the fine print as well as making sure taking a loan is a good option for you. They also offer free money orders. Very satisfied.

It may take a long time but they're only following the steps they suppose to, great job and consumer service.
