Depends which supervisor is on duty, one is great attitude wanting to help the others act like your bothering them and they don't want your business.

False advertising, they claim to have used tires for $25 with installation, the sign is on the door. They tried to charge me $45 for a used tire that they i had to watch them take a nail out of. The manager short Hispanic guy was also very rude. I'm reporting to better business bureau and filing for false advertising.

This guy has been taking care of my vehicles since I moved here about 5 years ago! He can handle pretty much anything a country girl can throw his way! Checkout my latest HAM! And in less than 15 minutes its fixed, tire pressure checked & air added plus quote for a full set of tires. Whew! Great fast, friendly service!

Went for inspection. Was told to park because there was one car in front of me.
The bay was empty when I got there and stayed empty for the 30 minutes I sat there.
I finally left!

Here lately customer service really lacks. Pulled up today wanting to inquire about my tires gut gets done with a car tells me he isn't in tire section. Now keep in mind tires were purchased from there cost me roughly 150.00 per tire. I will not be going back to them the guys at Discount Tires have great customer service skills!

Purchased set of wheels and tires, worth of $1400, credit given by Acima Credit, paid $120 by debit card and 57 for acima credit as first payment, the wheels and tires they sold are used and repaired tires, my car shakes bad and when I went there to refuse this guy threatened me to leave the place, Have already filed a case in Texas Attoney General and Filing case in The courts too, this place is doing child laboring, plus fraud on people and threatening.im suing this place to the top as I can make sure these guys will learn the consumer rights.

I went to get rims for my wife car they were very courteous I will be sending all my business to them
