This lawyer took my husband case, never contacted him, held onto it for a year and then sent a letter deciding to not handle the case. She basically took his money and did NOTHING! We are now filing a grievance to force her to disclose why she didn't want to represent him after a whole year. New representation cannot go into effect until she's forced to disclose why. Completely unprofessional and unethical practice.
