Extremely unprofessional company. It's telling that their best reviews are basically their own employees. Ignore their messages if you get contacted, it's not worth the trouble.

My husband was contacted with them they don't really help or anything we had to take turns calling to get a answer we ended up going down town just to find out it was temporary closed

This review is for internal Spencer Ogden employees - we are a recruitment firm and also fill roles for our clients. There is fully paid insurance for employees, 30 days paid time off, volunteer time off and an awesome office culture. Covid has definitely challenged us, but we are agile and have made appropriate shifts. For now, all Spencer Ogden internal staff can work from home if they prefer, and once things ease up, can still do a mix of WFH and in the office (socially distanced!).

Sales roles offer base salary + commission, and support roles have base salary and bonus potential. We have 4 offices across the US, opening more up this year. It's not an easy job, but those who have grit, a great attitude and work hard are wildly successful, and it's FUN!

We have fun incentives for top performers and focus on recognizing one another. It's an awesome culture, and I am happy to be here!
