It was ok, they had some nicetshirt and stuff, but the price on them are ridiculously high, and the barely have any good deals.

Love this place, it had a lot of options of chokers, and collars. Had a lot of tshirts and games. I would definitely recommend for people who like horror stuff.

Love it always have what need in piercing, my grandchildren love also the blk woman who waited on me was so helpful and really Nice.

Lot of t-shirts but seemed empty in the store I was looking for particularly blanket or something cars or Spider-Man

Very helpful sales staff. One employee was leaving for her break/meal and she was basically frisked I thought this unusual and bad corporate policy especially in front of customers.

Do not order anything online…They use fedex and pay the lowest postal fees so you may or may not ever receive your package…I’m in Texas and they sent my order to another state where it is just sitting now until they decide I’m worthy of having it I guess…

Brought my kids to the mall and stopped in here to look around. Friendly staff, my oldest found a shirt she liked so I let her get it. I thought I saw a sign say shirts were 24.99 but when we got home the tag said 26.99. Ok whatever, but as I looked at my receipt it rang up 29.99. How did the cashier not see that? I paid MORE then the tag? And I don't live in waco so I have to return it to another store. I won't be back. He was more concerned about telling my 10 yr old not to open her toy in the store then me getting ripped off. FYI she never planned on opening it til we got home.

Needs an entire new staff, incredibly rude to me as I shopped in the store. I was trying to find a gift for my friend but the employees attitude made me uncomfortable. Random white guy who’s dream of being a cop was annoying and did nothing but sit next to air conditioner entire time I was in the store. Alt scrawny manager was fine he didn’t even acknowledge me which honestly I appreciate. I’m unsure of her position but the heavy lady cashiering was extremely rude to me proceeded to make a rude joke about my outfit. I just don’t see how you expect to sell anything with such awful staff that give zero customer service.

I couldn't make a purchase without wearing a mask. Myself and another costumer in the store took our money to a business who acknowledges we have our rights back. Not to mention the cashier was very rude about it.

If I could give my experience less than 1 star I would, first time visiting this mall with my husband and wanted to go in Spencer’s to see what kind of couples items they had. We were looking around for a bit and we’re thinking of taking two lubricant items, when I suggested we look online first and see if we can get something better. My husband put the items back on the shelf and we left. We got stopped halfway down the mall by a female employee saying that another female employee thought we took the items without paying, she wanted us to go back to the store and show her exactly where we left them. I asked if she wanted to look through our bags and she checked. Now she saw we had not taken anything and then we weren’t even given an apology, she just said have a nice day. Honestly it ruined the rest of our day being accused like that with no proof. I will never go back to this store thanks to these two employees. The whole experience of being in this mall for the first time was tainted by this experience.

Won't shop here again. Clerk was super rude when told I was medically exempt from face covering. Store was dirty and smelled bad

So an employee named jasmine accused a couple of stealing when they paid 70$ in the store WITH the receipt. I would never want to be somewhere where they treat customers like garbage and falsely accuse them of stealing!

Don’t even bother coming to a store where you spend $70 dollars and leave with a criminal trespassing
