I have nothing bad to say about the employee's they are great but now that summer is here it makes a Lil hard to wash when I feel like I'm going to pass out there is not ONE ceiling fan on I hope this comment can get seen to fix the problem thank you

Lots of washers and dryers not working…. The place is hot! Turn on more ceiling fans! I think only one was on. A bit pricey too… Where’s the Wi-Fi? I don’t get Wi-Fi here, that’s a false claim! That being said it is clean. Workers are helpful.please fix issues! Please put rates on services somewhere … That’s annoying not to find.make vending machines card friendly. Who carry’s change in a place that only accepts cards…? Hmmm A few more carts would be helpful as well… maybe a place to check card balance as well if not one already, not in store. I don’t know because you don’t say. The popcorn is great, if only I had the correct change to get a drink…. Cough cough I go to the commerce location fyi…

If I could give it zero stars I would. First of all it is absolutely hot in there because the air conditioning is broken and even when it's not it never seems like it even works properly. This place has completely gone down hill since it opened. It's sad because when they first initially opened they presented themselves as a "new and different" way of laundromat, instead what we have is a whole lot of the same thing. The restrooms never have soap or paper towels to wash and dry your hands. They finally put in code locks on the restroom doors to prevent people other than customers from using them, but it's a little too late the restrooms are already dilapidated. A lot of the washers smell of mildew, which means your clothes aren't getting properly washed. The chairs, tables, and sofas are always dirty with dust and dirt. Honestly does the owner even check up on this place? The Westside deserves a better laundromat with an owner who values their customers and not just gives us the same lip service every other new business that opens up around here that promises to be "different" then turns out to be the same as the others.

I've been using this facility for a few years now, it's a great facility and for the past 2 years I've used the Wash and fold service and I'm very happy with the service. Mary has been there since day 1 and I have had no complaints about her. Mary is very hard working and dedicated to her job, she has gone above and beyond and has made my life easier in that department. This individual is a true definition of Boss Lady and has really brought the facility up to standards and she's always cleaning and helping customers. She is the best person I've had the pleasure of knowing. Thank you for everything you do and keep doing it! You rock Mary!

I am here washing clothes and your girl employee that is working right now didn’t want to let my son use the restroom and was very rude and yelling at me

Store is always clean and looks amazing when Mary Ventura is there she does amazing work. And she’s an amazing worker

I love going in when Mary is there she is very helpful n friendly always smiling. She always keeping the place clean. But I never seen her take a break she has made a difference in these place since it opened.

It serves it's purpose but it never fails, there's always someone who goes in there who's high on drugs or asleep in there and employees allow them to be there.

Today I decided to go to this spin express I usually go to the one on ww white rd but today I was on this side of town and so I went in as i started putting my clothes in the washer I looked at the washer it said "hot water does not work", alot of them said tht, so just to clarify I went to the desk to asked Roberta the worker if they were all like tht she gave me a weird look and pointed down to her computer screen and said "dont you see tht I'm working ask the other worker" so at this response I was like omg ok I just wanted to know thts all she was very rude I will not go to this spin express again very disappointing.

Bad attitude on the girl that looks like a drug attic she has no customer service manners owners should be aware of this & do away with people like this low life individual make her go work the streets like she has done many times before. Because of us customers employees can have a job but, in the mean time treat customers with respect, I will never come or visit this place again not even recommend bad news happens fast I will tell everyone that I meet about this ulgy place

The laundry mat is spacious n mostly kept up. Theres always workers there to help. Environment is not bad at all.

It gets petty busy before lunch on the weekend, at first was good to come and do laundry. AC was working but now, it get hot quick and no papers towel in the restrooms or hand soap. And most of the time washer are down.

Like the laundromat so much. Nobody brothers you. It's quiet and peaceful. The staff's there are very professional and respectable toward theirs customer. The place is very clean smells awesome integrity. And their prices are very and their washers and dryers are always very clean very clean. There's only one thing that don't like is there bathrooms the lack of soap the lack of sufficient paper towels.

Great place to come and wash your clothes the lady that works here has it clean always checking making sure everything is ok
