Do not trust this business. They have been caught in fraudulent acts to steal from customers.

What they are doing is whenever a machine throws an error code and fails to complete the wash they go around and reset the machine. What they failed to realize is when a machine is complete and when a machine is reset it will display different information on the user interface display. After seeing this many times I witnessed it first hand when a machine threw a door lock error code and must drain the machine to prevent flooding. What they didn't know is they were being watched when the attendant went over and reset the machine to fake complete. When they were approached about it for a refund to place clothes in different machine they refused exclaiming the clothes wash had completed.

I am telling you now that they were caught by this company doing this so there is no telling how long and how many times they have done this to individuals and gotten away with it. Luckily working with commercial and residential appliances on a daily basis allowed it to be recognized. Please if you choose to use Spinz laundry in Bay City Texas do so with extreme caution and observation

Says it closes @10 LIES I went in at 8: 59 to take my close out the dryer and the Indian woman already had the doors locked she did let me take my clothes out BUT she stared at me the entire time.

Very clean & big, lots of machines Only downfall is that evil annoying rocket gumball machine sounds demonic.

Been going here for years and never had an issue but now I have to find somewhere because ATMs give cash in 20s but they no longer accept 10s or 20s in the change machine

I love the different sizes of washing machines. You can do a huge load of bedding and comforters or you can do a small load of delicates and a smaller washing machine for cheaper.

Wonderful staff. Clean area, reasonable parking and it's next to a convenience store.

Great place to wash cloths awesome staff and owner. Place is very clean they have great service for the wash dry and fold. I would recommend ppl to go to Spinz laundry. The cost is very reasonable. I have been to other Washateria’s here in Bay City and the cost on their machines is high if yu use hot is take more quarters at Spinz Washateria if the machine is 475 is 475 and you can use hot water to wash your clothes without having to add extra quarters. It’s not dirty my cloths has nvr came out stinking.

One of the cleanest and best laundromat in Bay city! Owners and managers are very considerate.

Best place to wash clothes in the city highly recommend! Always clean and brand new washing machines and dryers, my family has used the same place for the last 4 years.amazing place amazing people highly recommend!

First time here. Great place but needs full-time attendant. Too many kids running inside. Machines are being misused and overloaded. I will take pictures on next trip.
Sadly, accident waiting to happen!
